Product not like shown on the website…

Product not like shown on the website (way smaller, bought the Nala Wide Tote Bag). Return is really expensive. Can’t recommend to buy it in this shop!

Paid for an unpleasant experienceI placed an order on the 3rd of March for a dress that I thought I was going to use for my bridal events. The dress arrived on March 15 and upon trying it on, I realized that it was about 2 sizes too big. I am usually a 2/4 and since this is a chinese owned brand, I went with size 4. I immediately reached out to customer service, as all exchanges and returns are only by request via email, and did not receive a reply until almost 12 hours later. They requested I send pictures in a certain format of the item unused. I did as told and about 16 hours later, my responses was that without pictures of ALL of the original packaging, no refund or exchange can be made. They wanted me to consider giving this as a gift to someone and choosing between 3 options as posted below:Option 1: Receive a 15% refund on the amount you paid for the item, and you can keep the item for a very good deal. Option 2: Receive a coupon valued at 50% of the amount you paid for the item, which you can use on JW PEI products, with no time or price limit. Option 3: Receive a 10% refund and a coupon valued at 30% of the amount you paid for the item, which you can use on JW PEI products, with no time or price limit.I found the original outer shipping package and resent the images. 13 hours later I received a response asking which size I want to exchange for followed by:Could you kindly please find a courier to return the item to the following address…We have to apologize that we do not offer free exchanges at the moment, and you will need to pay for the shipping if you choose to exchange the item. Please let us know your tracking number and the shipping company within 48 hours once you shipped out, and the return tracking number provided needs to support online tracking, it is important for us to confirm. We will exchange it for you (and send invoice for you to pay the price difference if necessary) when we receive your returned package. Please do not mark the box with graffiti, keep the box and items as they are. However, if you change your mind and keep the lovely item if it is available for you, you may choose one of the options for you. Option 1: Receive a 30% refund on the amount you paid for the item, and you can keep the item for a very good deal. Option 2: Receive a coupon valued at 100% of the amount you paid for the item, which you can use on JW PEI products, with no time or price limit. Option 3: Receive a 20% refund and a coupon valued at 60% of the amount you paid for the item, which you can use on JW PEI products, with no time or price limit. May I first have your final decision before the action of the return package begins? So that we can help you to arrange the next return process correctly.I not only paid for shipping for initial delivery but I am going to have to pay for shipping returning as well. An initial request that began on March 16 leading to the 19th. At this point, I felt like this was a scam and I wanted nothing to do with this company anymore. I responded that I want a full refund and received a response 5 hours later asking for the tracking number. I paid and mailed out the package the same day. The package was delivered March 23. When I emailed to notify them they appeared to have passed on my case. It did get picked up and my refund is currently pending.Overall I paid for an unpleasant one month experience with this company. Pricey and time consuming lesson.

Do not buy anything off them

Do not buy anything off them. I bought a dress didn’t fit and they won’t return it because we don’t have original packaging. The tag that says keep on for return is still on it. Never dealt with such a horrible company. They said get 50% off next order if returned. Avoid avoid like the plague

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company! We bought a birthday present for our daughter. The bag arrived and broke immediately. They keep emailing me to rectify the issue but now its been weeks of them asking for more photos more vids of the broken bag. How much more evidence do you need than simply evene one photo showing the damage? They pretend to care, but will not folow up with obvious product issues, they sell junk to you , take your $ and refuse to make it right.

I am yet to receive my bag it’s been in…

I am yet to receive my bag it’s been in customs since Feb 19th I’ve asks for a refund three times and they keep offering me a discount for my next purchase . I just want my money back . I purchased another jw pei bag from the iconic it arrived in two days and I love it . Order from the ICONIC

If I could give no stars I would. DONT BUY ANYTHING. Ive been dealing with them for over 2 weeks they send your items with the worst shipping company I dont even know where the bag is. Waste of time and money. Go buy f4om oroton oe anywhere else.

Bag hasn’t arrived yet. Tracking status is not being updated either and I paid £9.99 for delivery. It’s coming from China but Temu and Ali Express are better than them. At least you seldom need to pay over £100 for a bag and they provide tracking updates as well.

I would NOT recommend

The return process is a hassle. They DON'T offer free returns, and the whole process is unnecessarily long and frustrating.Read Faye Fang’s review for more details. I had exactly the same experience.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!!!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING!!!!! Prime example of a cheap drop shipping brand, attempting at becoming luxury. The smell is absolutely horrible, a mix of fish and melted plastic that has not gone away even after leaving the bag in open air for three weeks. In addition, the bag arrived looking as though it had already been used, with visible scratch marks.Customer service has also been extremely disappointing. They appear to be trying to delay resolving the issue and have only suggested a 10% discount on a future purchase. If a return is requested, the customer is expected to organize and pay for the shipment from Europe to the United States themselves, which is unreasonable given the condition in which the item arrived.

Package never arrived

I placed an order with JWPEI three months ago, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. My package has still not arrived, despite numerous claims from their courier company that they attempted to contact me. They insisted my phone was switched off and said multiple attempts were made to reach me, but I received no such calls or messages.Even after raising the issue, they only promised to rearrange the delivery, requiring me to follow up multiple times without a resolution. This lack of clarity and responsiveness has been incredibly frustrating. It's the worst experience I've had with a company's delivery service.Moreover, their policy further complicates the situation. Even with their frequent discounts, they don't offer refunds, only credits, despite the fact the products never arrived.This experience has left me quite dissatisfied, and I advise others to be cautious when ordering from JWPEI. The inconvenience and poor customer service make it difficult to trust them with order
