Great product experience from start to finish with Kathy Kuo
Kathy Kuo offered the only discount in this chair as well as free shipping so that was number 1 - great. Chair arrived within 2-3 weeks as promised and delivery company was friendly and communicative number 2 - great. Chair looks exactly as pictured on website number 3 - great. Chair is super fashionable, modern, and comfortable number 4 - great. Zero complaints. Only good stuff to say about the experience.

Not sure what’s happening
Not sure what’s happening. Showed up to deliver but said piece was too heavy. Said they would return but never did and now I keep getting asked to review how delivery went?
