Very Tasty and crispy chicken
Very Tasty and crispy chicken. The best fried chicken ever eaten. The sides and beverages are also very good. If it is about crispy chicken KFC is the only name .

We purchased a 16 piece family Mill
We purchased a 16 piece family Mill, which cost $58 and some change. I am not complaining about the chicken. The chicken is always good although the eight biscuits were jammed into the box and you couldn’t even separate them. It look like a big ball of dough I took a picture but I’m really not sure how to send it to you but I’m very disappointed I know everything is expensive these days but $58 you expect the biscuits to be in good shape, this was in Marion Illinois and I thought you should know because I was very disappointed once we drove home because we live in West Frankfurt at 12 miles away. My name is Julie Wagner my address is 2014 East Elm St. in West Frankfurt Illinois just like a response from someone we don’t get it very often. We drove the 12 miles just to get the chicken. I should’ve checked the biscuits I guess but I guess I figured that I wouldn’t need to thank you for your time .

Bones inside pot pie
I purchased a chicken pot pie and it’s supposed to be all white meat. Well not only did it have dark meat it also had bones inside of it that I choked on.

Service good but the chicken size was small
Service good but the chicken size was so small, not worth the money or the visit at the Florida City, Fl Drum stick was like eating a wing size and thigh was small and over cooked. I drive up the mainland from the keys and always like stopping for kfc but this trip was a disappointment

super worst branch grabe makasigaw staff parang galit sila na may customer sila
nag dine in kami sa kfc sa may katapat ng muñoz market and the staff is not friendly nakakainis ang actions nila, they call our number so loud na para bang andaming tao sa store nila eh wala pa kaming 5 na nag dine doon, when we got the order wala man lang tissue??? imbis na kakain nalang need pa tumayo pa lang humingi ng tissue eh dapat comes with the tisse ang pag serve ng food, plus yung baso napakabaho na para bang inistock yung basahan na gamit doon nakakadiri nakakasuka kung alam nyo lang grabe amoy na baso diyan, and sana turuan nyo din mag greet staff nyo di yung nakasimangot sa counter, worst kfc branch ever di na kami babalik dyan!!

Extremely disappointed with the Umm Al…
Extremely disappointed with the Umm Al Quwain branch. I paid 320 AED for a Family Meal for my nephew’s birthday party, and even though the money was deducted from my account and I showed the bank SMS and transaction history to the staff, they refused to give us the food. The supervisor on duty was completely unhelpful and showed zero empathy, simply telling us to wait 7 days for a refund. Because of their system error and poor management, a group of children was left hungry and sad on a birthday. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable service.

The food was excellent but to the young w/f who danced for about 4 minutes behind the counter on the far side. Why would you think that was acceptable. I pray a manager reads this 4/9/2026 approximately around 7-7:15pm

Please pay attention when fullfiling order.
When to pick up a mobile order at 4775 Seminole Pratt and Whitney, Loxahatchee, Fl. My order was imcomplete and jad to go back to get the rest of my order. After I got home i noticed i was missing one more item. Could this location please pay alittle more attention to detail and I guess i should as well make sure my order is complete. If I have to chexk the order for completeness, I might as well pack it myself.
