Smooth Learning Experience with Excellent Support

I’ve been using KodeKloud for the 100 Days of DevOps Challenge, and my experience has been really positive so far. What I like the most is the hands-on labs and the structured learning approach. It makes complex DevOps concepts much easier to understand and apply in real scenarios.Recently, I faced an issue where the labs were not loading (black screen). I contacted support, and the response was quick and very helpful. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, and my issue got resolved without much hassle. The platform, content quality, and support system are all well-designed, especially for beginners and intermediate learners who want practical exposure.Overall, I would definitely recommend KodeKloud to anyone looking to build real DevOps skills.

This is nothing to do with real DevOps

This platform is not suitable for beginners or professionals. The material is high-level, AI-generated, and rarely reviewed by real DevOps engineers. It is too confusing for beginners and too shallow for pros. Technically, the labs and the website are slow and poorly designed. The only thing that works quickly is the support team—they reply in a minute and process refunds in five. It seems the marketing is the only part of this company that isn't "fake." It feels like no actual DevOps engineer ever touched these courses. Here what I have noticed so far:1. The content is clearly AI-generated. It is obvious that the material is unedited AI output. They even missed typical AI "hallucinations" by copy-pasting directly from prompts. For example, one topic in a DevOps course included a quote stating the explanation was "designed to be technical and SEO-friendly." This has nothing to do with DevOps, and they don't even offer SEO courses.2. Lack of depth. Because the courses are AI-generated, they are very high-level. You constantly have to "deep dive" into other resources to actually learn. It feels like asking ChatGPT to explain a topic—it provides a summary, not a comprehensive explanation.3. Outdated and mismatched videos. The videos are clearly old, using 15-year-old technologies to explain modern DevOps. Furthermore, the lectures don’t seem to belong to the course; the instructors often tell you to try things on a virtual machine, even though the platform markets its own in-browser labs.4. Primitive labs. While they offer browser-based labs, they are extremely basic. The terminal is slow and frustrating to use. It's so exhausting that you're better off just using your own local virtual machine.5. Boring and buggy self-testing. I believe the tests are also AI-generated. I also noticed many mistakes in the grading; for instance, the system requires a specific command order that doesn't actually matter in real life. If you complete a task your own way, the check fails. I reported over 10 errors before I was even 50% through a single course.6. Slow website performance. The loading speeds are infuriating. It’s ironic that a company teaching DevOps cannot optimize their own website for different regions.7. Misleading authorship. In every intro, one person presents themselves as the author. In reality, different people create the actual video material, which is very misleading.

Passed my CKS thanks to KodeKloud

I had an amazing experience with KodeKloud. Their hands-on labs were instrumental in helping me pass my CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist) exam. The content is clear, practical, and easy to follow.

a total nightmare

a total nightmare, the indian accent gave an actual IRL headache, they basically scam you by telling you Mumshad is passing the course, which has a very low indian accent and then mid course they bring this hardcore indian accent dude that just kills everything for you, i coudlnt understand a word and got physically ill fromt heir cks course. I left kodekloud instantly and demended my money back, what a nightmare. CKA course was very good tho on udemy cus its Mumshad.

Long term subscriber here since beta…

Long term subscriber here since beta days! What didn't worked?Support reach is laggy, usually an email to support should've had a response back. However, it wasn't the case. You have to reach their discord channel to do that. Which is not an efficient form of support. What worked?Robv (discord admin) and Esha helped understanding my query and gave me a fast resolution. A good ending on how good support operations are handled. I wish the very best to Kode Kloud team. Mumshad and his team has gone from beta to hyperscale in just few years.

Excellent Hands-On Learning Platform for DevOps and Kubernetes

I had a great learning experience with KodeKloud, completing courses on Linux, DNS, Docker, Jenkins and CKA. The courses are well structured and focus strongly on hands-on labs, which helped me gain practical, real-world skills. Concepts are explained clearly and reinforced through interactive exercises aligned with industry and certification requirements. Last but not least, the detailed notes provided for every topic in each course made it easy to understand and retain the concepts smoothly. Overall, KodeKloud is a reliable and effective platform for learning DevOps and Kubernetes in a professional and practical way.
