This is the 4th time I used Kwik Fit…
This is the 4th time I used Kwik Fit and again they have not failed to deliver beyond expectations.I truly think Kwik Fit has an ethical principle that is upheld by all its staff.I’m truly grateful for their helpful service.On two occasions, Kwik Fit helped me save money while offering me a “Sterling Service”I will strongly recommend Kwik Fit to anyone.

Rectifying a dangerous situation.
I had a serious Blowout on the front offside wheel of my Audi A7 on 7 April 2026. Myself and occupants had to be rescued by a recovery vehicle approx. 5 miles north of Forfar on the A90. We arrived at KwikFit at Forfar at about 16.30hrs. and the extremely helpful Manager kept his garage open and replaced the two front tyres and got me out of deep trouble. Service second to none!!The Manager was an absolute star. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name.

Kwik Fit Brentford
A huge thank you to Andrew and the team at Kwik Fit in Brentford. I had visited the Brentford branch previously for some number plate frames to be fitted onto my vehicle. I did not have an appointment but Andrew very kindly checked with one of the team and they put these on the vehicle for me.Today my car went in for works. As ever, Andrew & the team were super helpful & efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this branch of Kwik Fit. Customer Service I received was excellent and I found the team to be personable & sincere - a really nice bunch of people. Thank you Kwik Fit Brentford.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Site super easy to use and got a same day appointment that I couldn’t get anywhere else. Communication throughout was super and the mobile mechanic Mark was highly professional. Not used before but would definitely use again!

Kwik Fit Cherry Hinton Cambridge is excellent customer service
I contacted Kwik Fit at Cambridge - Cherry Hinton Road at 7 Adkins Corner. As new residentswe were keen to find a good auto service center. In my initial phone contact, they were very courteous and helpful. Our first visit today (04/11) was for a tyre pressure check, which was well attended. They were also very helpful with informing us of services available, and advice on regularity of checks. This is excellent customer service, in which we observed to be a very well-run busy service center. We have no hesitation in recommending Kwik Fit at Cherry Hinton Road at Cambridge.
