Excellent service
Excellent service. The men's clothes were great. All clothes were good quality. The women's clothes were nice but the sizing was inconsistent. The dress sadly too tight and the crop trousers huge.

My ancient cord trousers from Lands…
My ancient cord trousers from Lands End are coming to the end of their useful life. I discovered their sport knit jersey cords when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and found them very comfortable. Was delighted to see them reduced so ordered 2 pairs in different colours - they are really soft and not tight over the knees - very pleased with purchase.

Expect people to do their job for them
They delivered a cardigan with a very obvious defect. I requested a replacement. They said they couldn't be bothered to do that & that I would have to spend my time taking the item to be returned and I wouldn't even get the cardigan I ordered, when I questioned this I got no response. A lot of hassle for nothing, not good enough.

I ordered 6 items. 3 I sent back and the company was so easy to process the returns and refund.I was kept abreast of the whole process. Very impressed with the company.
