I ORDER THE EPSON CARTRIDGES AND AS CONCERNED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE A WORKING CHIP. THEY WORKED PERFECTLY. I HAD SOME HELP FROM MJ TO SEE WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE AND THEY CAME THAT DAY. THEY WORKED BETTER THAN THE HP WHICH I ORDERED WHOSE CHIPS NO LONGER WORK. I WILL CONTINUE BUYING FROM THEM.

I have bought many toners from your company. However the magenta i just purchase was to replace a Magenta toner that was streaking along the side of the paper.

Arrived in a timely manner.Full Disclosure : I have NOT tried to use these ink bottles yet as I put the remaining ink from HP into the printer and full.The only thing I noticed is these bottles are a different style than the OEM. I didn't want to just open one to see if they have the same type tops (so didn't dry out) but will find out when I need to add more ink.There was no damage to the bottles themselves in the shipping process but since all 4 were sent in one big bag, all of the cardboard boxes were crushed (gotta love the USPS handling procedures).The price was fair and I'll find out if these work as well as the HP OEM when I first use them. LD has always stood behind their ink (this is the first time I've had a "tank printer") when minor issues have happened (mainly the cartridges going dry) so I'm not worried about having any problems.
