I checked on warranty replacement parts…

I checked on warranty replacement parts break malfunction caused broken bones deep gash got hurt pretty bad. Warranty says it was covered. I tried to have numerous discussions with Christian in customer service he felt it was ok to repeat himself over and over for 3 weeks of emails gaslighting defamation discrimination and breech of contract. They do not valid there Warranty. Christian, just would not stop. Ali the manager jumped in instead of considering how ignorant Christian has been my injuries were pretty severe. I was pretty patient. Ali the manager instead of being considerate and de-escalating the situation, he or she decided to make things worse and breach my contract. Oh, my lawyer will be contacting the company in the morning.Don't do business with these people.Very disrespectful discrimination, they're into gaslighting.Anything that'll get you aggravated to about.Try to invalidate the warranty agreement that you paid for total ripoff faulty break system almost killed me. They breached and written and signed agreement for the warranty after the email I received a harassing phone call What kind of service warranty is going on with this company.

so far upto today i would give the XPeak2 9 outta 10

so far upto today i would give the entire process a 5 star.. however on a brief ride today -my left pedal and pedal arm came straight off in the midele of pedaling in traffic i hobbled to the nearest hardware store and bought a set of allen wrenchs and some locite tite.. all this within 2 miles of home.. i do hope you all will help a fella out..

Highly Recommend

Excellent customer service. Lectric has resolved several issues that I had with my original trike. They have stood behind their product. I now have an XP 2.0 as a replacement. I'm very impressed with the improvements in the trike's power and enhanced suspension. It's great fun to ride and is my everyday around town transportation.

The entire process was very easy

The entire process was very easy. Fortunately for us while visiting family in AZ we were able to drop by the Phoenix location for a test ride. That sealed the deal! great bikes and the best part was the ability to fold them and transport easily under the truck bed hard cover. We did have a slight snafu with an issue with the seat post. The issue was quickly resolved. Thanks again!

Quality control needs to be improved.

Shopped a lot of bikes and this seemed to have the best of everything that I was looking for. Price was okay but the same deal is on all the time. The bike needed a replacement part when I received it, not happy about that. It came today now I need to take it to a service center with 10 mile on it.
