Waited 6 weeks for my prescription sunglasses with little to no communication. Once received they met expectations but why was it sooooo long?

Lensabl used my progressive prescription for lens replacement into existing glasses a really love. Turned out perfect in every way. Highly recommend this company.

Too much glare
It took a bit long to receive the glasses but that was expected. I was willing to wait due to the price and all I was getting. Seemed worth it. However, now that I have them I feel like maybe the anti-reflective coating wasn’t put. There is a lot of glare. On top of that I feel like I just dont get a crisp clean view. I can see with them so the rx is fine. But I would not buy from here again.

Excellent service and options
Great selection of replacement lenses. I was looking for the latest Transitions with a blue mirror finish. I could not find it anywhere else. Easy to order and I am happy with the lenses.

No glasses, no refund!
It has now been nearly a month since I was informed that my refund would be processed, and I have still not received it.My order was never successfully completed, and despite repeated assurances, the refund for this failed transaction has not been issued. This has been going on since September 2025. This is unacceptable.

Too long to get glasses without updates on progress
Took too long to get my glasses and was not shared updates on a timely basis. Frames are turning yellow on my Iced by Yetis.Do not understan this discoloration that is occurring as I have the same style with sunglass lenses for more than a year and no discoloration.
