Multiple replacements

Great customer service
Great customer service! This was my 2nd pair that I sent in for an updated Rx, however there was an issue with one of the lenses. Kwasi was the lucky individual that had to deal with me on chat and took care of the issue immediately.

Wrong prescription put into lenses then…
Wrong prescription put into lenses then they broke the frames when correcting their errors…. It has been over a month since I placed my order and I’ve not gotten any refund or glasses yet.
