Can’t return!!
I ordered a bra from them. It took forever to be delivered. It was unfortunately too big for me so I tried to process a return and they told I could not return it! Be very careful ordering from this company.

This company scams their customers!
This company is a scam! I ordered body shapewear and returned it because I tried it on and it was too small. They cancelled my return saying it was in unsatisfactory hygienic condition and attached a picture of shape wear with what looks like fresh vaginal discharge on it. So gross and not mine. I didn't even try it on without underwear and had it on for 10 seconds. Further to that, any woman knows what fresh vaginal discharge looks like and dried up. You're going to tell me this stayed fresh for over a week??? They are scammers and just don't want to give me my money back and it's a disgusting way to go about it. I'm not some dirty person.

I purchased about 20 panties for the past 15 years and most of them run open in the back. I contacted supervisor and send images, but they seem did not want to help and comes up with tons of excuses. Just rested last week 4 and at abaxin 2 fir last 2 months, they don’t care .. Well I need replacements some if them. Carolina , the supervisor refused to help

Nice products!
I have purchased multiple bras, and they have been really comfortable and durable! I have never had any issue with them, and it's the brand I trust the most for my underwear.

Bra bands roll/Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! Purchased 2 bras from this company. After wearing them once, both bra bands rolled in between the underwire. Was told to send them back by customer service for a refund. Once they received the bras back, was told that they would not give a refund because they were worn! Buyer beware!

The product I ordered was "simply comfortable" stretch boyshorts. Let me say, the idea of simply comfortable should be something that has flex and lets you move. What the product seems to be is a girdle. Very firm, no give to the material and as for being a boy short, no. They just don't live up to the description. The site promises a 100% free return. I started a return process, and it got flagged as ineligible for return. This was NOT noted before I bought them, or I never would have paid for something I didn't know if it would fit or not. I emailed them, asking to at least be able to exchange, I don't need a refund, I want something I can actually wear. I am not hopeful though. Reading reviews, those who are not happy are never answered by customer service, so I will give it a few days, but for now, I would say do not order from this company, they do not seem to keep their promises of 100% free returns. I am very upset.

Do Not Purchase, Choose SPANX
The product is pretty good quality but zero customer service. I bought 2 sizes to see what would fit best, wanting to return the size that’s too big…and then knowing my size, was planning to purchase more products. But, after 3 emails to customer service, still no response. Save yourself the hassle and purchase SPANX - incredible customer service, and better quality products!PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
