Where is the needleI could believe it first! How come? Excellent fabric, excellent customer service.

Excellent support
Unfortunately due to a loose top on a soap dispenser, my parcel was “awash”! With gel, in the box and the bag holding the bottle. Apart from a bit of searching, I was able to phone Liberty. My call was answered immediately and Sizwe was helpful and understanding. It necessitated sending a picture, but once done, a new order was actioned. I received a replacement next day. Well done Liberty and thank you

Missing order
I placed an order on 13.03 which was despatched the same day . I didn’t receive tracing info from the courier and the parcel was not received. I called … the phone was answered promptly and my issue was dealt with -a replacement sent and confirmed by email immediately after finishing call. I wasn’t asked a million unnecessary questions or put on hold. The agent dealt swiftly - polite and knowledgeable.If only all customer service was this good!
