What I DON'T Like.
I am unsure if I am enrolled in your tracking. I did download the app but not sure it is activated. I understand that you want to see how I drive but I do not like the idea that you are tracking my locations, I feel that is just another invasion of privacy.

I am looking for an insurance company…
I am looking for an insurance company to replace multiple policies bundled currently with USAA, and decided to try liberty mutual for a basic vehicle insurance for an older Jeep. The online quote looked good so I called to open a policy. But, customer support quoted a price several hundred bucks higher than quoted. After several adjustments to the coverage and the premium, they failed to meet the prior quoted price even though my driving and insurance records are clean. Classic bait and switch. Canceling the policy costed $50. Liberty Mutual, never again, and you suck.

Do Better, This Was Unacceptable
0/10 would not recommend using David Stuart, total loss claims specialist in Massachusetts. As a professional, this is not how you should be handling already stressed clients.I am currently dealing with the aftermath of having my car totaled, and instead of receiving basic professionalism and support, I was met with a condescending tone, repeated interruptions, and dismissive behavior. The claims agent continuously talked over me, then accused me of interrupting when I attempted to respond.When I began documenting the call, he abruptly disconnected. He also laughed when I requested to speak with a supervisor, which was entirely inappropriate.This interaction was unnecessarily stressful and handled with a complete lack of professionalism. Clients deserve to be treated with respect, especially during difficult situations. Liberty Mutual should be ashamed of the standard of service reflected in this experience.

If I could rate less than one star, I would. We are ONE DAY away from a month of me waiting for the money to be returned from my account that was STOLEN! TAKEN OUT FOR A CLOSED ACCOUNT!! DO BETTER AND HURRY UP WITH MY F'N MONEY! What a bunch of fraudulent shit insurance people get away with!! CROOKS!
