He hurt me
Only completed 4 of 5 screenings. Abdominal aneurysm screening was not completed. The staff member hurt me and then told me I should not have eaten. No one told me not to eat. Very poor attitude. Told me I would be refunded, no contact since. Another staff told me I could reschedule, not sure O want to. This was the most important screening, now I don't trust your people or process. Like herding cattle. No one was nice but this guy was just mean, nasty.

I was greeted politely, spoken to and helped, respectfully. all the technicians were friendly and caring. My appointment was meet on time and was very smooth from start to finsih.
