Amazing Customer Service and Warranty!
I was gifted a Lifepro massage gun back in 2020. After several year it lost its charge and died on me this week. Maribeth and the team were SO helpful. They got my original massage gun covered by the lifetime warranty. Even though my original is no longer made, they offered to send me a new one if my choice. Truly amazing customer service and products!

The best customer service!
Angelica,Jae, and the rest of the team that helped me with my issue were all excellent! I could tell that they worked extra hard to get my situation straightened out. I have had nothing but excellent customer service from life pro. I never hesitate to recommend this company not only for their products but for their customer service as well.

Awesome customer service!
I wish I could quadruple the 5 star rating. This is an update to my original review with my experience with Jilla. One thing for sure, if there's a reason why you need to contact Lifepro's customer service team, you are not a ticket number. On separate occasions, Pejay, Erika and Angelica also contacted me to follow up on my replacement product and opened to door for me to express any other issues or concerns I may have. That's what I call an outstanding customer experience. Lifepro, in addition to the quality products they offer, has an awesome team.

Amazing Christmas Gift
My wife and I received the Lifepro vibration plate as a Christmas gift from my daughter. I cannot tell you how pleased we both are with this gift. We both use it daily and believe it has definitely helped our overall health. We would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in joining the vibration plate world!

great for workout recovery
I try to go on at least once a day, usually right before bed. On workout days, I notice my recovery is quick and no painful muscles the next day or 2. When I forget to go on, I definitely feel it the next few days.

I purchased my Rejuvawrap infrared…
I purchased my Rejuvawrap infrared sauna blanket about 2 years ago and I love it. Your customer service has been superb. I suffer from autoimmune disease, and I found that the blanket has brought down my inflammation. I've also found that it also has help with my stress level and I am able to sleep better. I am looking forward to trying some other products in the future. Thank you Lifepro for helping me.

Liking the ajustable dumbbell set
I bought a set of adjustable weights from Lifepro years ago. When we had storm damage at our home a few years later, the remediation crew somehow managed to lose one of the 2.5 lb weights that go with the set.I contacted Lifepro about getting a replacement. All I needed was one replacement 2.5lb disc. Apparently, the way Lifepro does their business, it was impossible for them to send me just one disc. So they just replaced the whole 2 dumbbell set. Remarkable, especially considering that this loss was not their fault!I like the product. It's simple to adjust the weights from 2.5lb to 15lb for each dumbbell. Maybe one day, curling 30 lb dumbbells will be too easy and I'll need something else. But at my age, I doubt that will become a problem.
