Love lisa angel, but disappointed
I love Lisa angel but I’m really disappointed with my gift boxes, they look so lovely on the pictures then it gets filled in with bits of cardboard.. doesn’t look pretty at all when you open it, I thought you would at least fill it with tissue I’m absolutely gutted 😞 I bought 2 boxes for friends to say thank you. Won’t be ordering again unless the gilling gets changed. For some reason it won’t let me put a picture on.

Lovely company lovely products
Lovely company, I purchased a Men’s Woven Engraved bracelet for my partner. Such great quality and he wore it everyday. Sadly it broke whilst he was on holiday so I reached back out to Lisa Angel and they were kind enough to remind me it was still under warranty and sent out a replacement for me straight away. Was brilliant service I can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely wonderful company to deal…
Absolutely wonderful company to deal with. Emailed and had a positive response immediately, also items arrived even quicker than expected. The birthday girl will be very pleased I’m certain. All items are fabulous. Will use Lisa angel again.

Quality control needs attention
Communication was great, they reached out to double check my customisation for the gift wasn’t an error, and once clarified it was despatched the same day. Only down side is when it arrived it was damaged, the cards lovely but the main part was the flower and it was broken and the colour was yellow its like a dead yellow and really dry looking. Nothing like the picture.But I get that it kinda comes with the fact it’s a delicate operation to ship and stuff, they tried their best but colour wise felt awful giving it to the recipient it looked like it’s been in my wardrobe for weeks.

Gorgeous product, bad delivery
I bought the Celestial Metal Folding Jewellery stand and the product was gorgeous, very well made. My issue was with delivery, Lisa Angel used HIVED to deliver, and the item was left in a ‘safe space’ which I did not agree with, and I did not receive any confirmation it was there so the item was left outside overnight, causing the packaging to be rained on and destroyed. Luckily the item was OK and I have told HIVED about this. They suggested to contact Lisa Angel, who was quick to respond to tell me they are looking into this. It has been nearly 2 months, no one has responded, even after I sent a follow up email.

Lisa Angel customer service is…first class
Lisa Angel customer service is amazing.Very speedy response.Felt as if I had stepped back in time to when customers were heard !! They even supplied another of their beautiful candles and helpfully suggested what to do so the issue didn’t happen again.Who knew wax had a memory!!!!🙂Fantastic
