I have purchased products multiple times from LLD (full nativity and many Christmas Village products) and have always been happy with the products. More important is that my wife has always been happy with them :-)

Terrible quality! 2 stones fell out of my birthstone ring in the first month and nothing was done to replace it and poor customer service. Don't bother wasting your money.

After many weeks, I reached out to the company, only to be chatting with an AI that knew nothing. Said I had no order, even though I had an order number and my credit card had already been charged. Went on for two weeks, when all of a sudden the order shows up. I had ordered charms previously for a necklace and was unaware that the charm sizes had changed and it looks weird with the other ones on the necklace. Not ordering here again.

I have ordered 5 rings, plus multiple necklaces and have never been disappointed. Ordering is easy and the presents are shipped in a timely matter and the recipients have loved them.

Very poor customer service. Faulty item and no details on how to return on their website. Very disappointing as I have now contacted them 4 times receiving no response at all. Expensive pieces which I believed worth it, I have bought other pieces that I love so bought more because of that. Whilst you can never rule out from anywhere you purchase something that there could be issues, it’s wholly unreasonable to be ignored. Very poor customer service but hope it gets resolved.

Nope. Sorry, but don’t do it. Ordered end of November ready as a Christmas gift, has not arrived. Chased up a few times, AI assistant replies promising a ‘human agent’ to make contact with me but never did. £111+ spent, cancellation & refund requested with still no real response. My bank have refunded my purchase for now, not 100% sure this is a genuine functioning company now. Shame as liked why I saw on instagram, but note comments are limited on their posts, red flag. Sorry.

I don’t even know how to explain the saga that has taken place with my order. I ordered rings in 2015 and 2019 and love them. I ordered at ring for my third baby on November 10th because there was a sale and wanted a Christmas present for myself. Fast forward to early December and I still didn’t have the ring or any communication about where it was. When I reached out I continued to receive replies from an “AI assistant”. I had to ask to speak to a human. This back and forth continued until they offered a gift card for the value of the ring (the ring is now $20 more than the sale I bought it for). I asked for my order to be reordered to give them a chance to redeem the experience or give a refund if they chose not to do that and they issued me a refund. I now have two rings with my kids names but I have three children. I will never do business here again.

No. Returns…. Only exchange, not satisfied with the quality of necklaces at $50 each! Very disappointed and feeling ripped off.
