Easy to use, reliable
I do freelance work and need to fund my own HSA. Lively had good reviews and no fee so I decided to try it out and it's been great. The app and online site are easy to use, have good graphics and display the info I want to see the most. No problems using the card at all the kinds of doctors and the pharmacy. Really glad to get away from Alight, which charged a monthly fee and had a really frenetic web and mobile experience.

The auto-generated reimbursement
The auto-generated reimbursement when submitting a receipt is very convenient and easy to use. The only suggestion would be to better explain when a claim(s) or service was not fully reimbursed.

I am very happy with the interface
I am very happy with the interface. It processes requests quickly and graphically is easy to look at and use. I'm just starting to use the investment area so not sure yet that it gives me all the information I'm looking for, but I look forward to working with it and learning more about it.

Great
This is my first experience with an HSA. My insurance broker recommended Lively. The setup was super easy, although I did have to call customer service for a small problem. The agents were US-based, extremely helpful and fixed the problem right away. Got my debit card within about 10 days, and have used it with no problems. Was able to get my money into the investment account very easily as well.

Love my Lively HSA
The web site is easy to use. The debit card is convenient to use at appointments. The ability to invest funds with a Schwab account was important to me. Previously my HSA was at a local bank which paid nothing.

They were there when I needed them
They were simple and effective when I was locked out of my FSA by my employers incompetent HR. I'm using them now to build up a fund for when I retire
