This company gets no stars.

This company gets no stars, Customer service is appalling . I wonder mostly why a bank would partner with a company that consistently gets such negative reviews and reports of poor quality products, poor warranty of products. Imperfect customer experiences can persist if operational controls are weak or incentives are misaligned. Perhaps it would behove someone in marketing to enlighten Mr. Synchrony Bank.

Would rate below 1 star if possible. We went to Living Spaces for the purchase for a recliner couch. The price was reasonable, until it only lasted two weeks.......Long story short....the left hand recliner did not work. They sent the wrong replacement piece and told us that we had dispose of the defective piece at our cost. Then they sent the wrong piece and tried to tell us it was our fault, even though it was their warranty people ordering the wrong piece (which they didn't). The salesman sold us a bunch of lies about the extended warranty. Living Spaces sent me a copy of what we agreed to which was different that what we were given at time of purchase. Big Mistake because now I have both what they provide to customer and what they have say they gave to customers. BEWARE DO NOT BUY. We are now have other recliner problems with the couch. That is a whole lot of money for a trash couch!!! We are not rich, so this is a major purchase for us and now we are left with junk.

Living Spaces - Logistics/Delivery issues

Living Spaces - Lone Tree, CO.Had a good in store experience and ended up purchasing a bedroom set, mattress and adjustable frame. On the day of delivery, I had to call them only to find out our order had not been loaded on the truck. I had all the old furniture removed in the a.m. to be ready for the p.m. delivery. Customer service over the phone was little to no help. I went down to the store and spoke with customer service explaining that I'd taken a day off work for the delivery and was out at least $300 income not to mention that I will need to take an additional day off once the proctologist examines their logistics manager in search of his/her head. The customer service person was very apologetic and, unfortunately, had to deal with my unhappy mood. Her supervisor was sitting close by but didn't have to sense to step up.They initially offered me a 10% refund. Not good enough. Even the 20% they offered after my personal visit seems like a weak concession. Had to buy a queen sized air bed to hold us over until they figure out what's going on. BTW, call back is 24 - 36 hours. Do yourself a favor and go to American Furniture Warehouse.

Terrible Recliner and Poor Customer Service

Bought a recliner and it was horrible and uncomfortable. Wasted $500 on this thing. Contacted living spaces and the just dismissed me and told me I can’t return it and there is nothing they can do and then go on to say how can I help you? You CAN’T! Very contingent customer service rep and other customer service rep said that they’re gonna share this feedback with management. I know how it works. I work customer service you don’t share anything. I will continue to leave negative comments about your customer service on every social media that there is.

I will never buy from Living Spaces…

I will never buy from Living Spaces again. The quality of these pieces are so cheap it's ridiculous. I haven't even had this couch for more than 2 years and this stupid piece already broke off. You can see how cheap this is made by having this as a support holding up a persons weight. I only weigh 180 pounds and this piece of crap already broke. And guess what they won't return it! I went to More furniture down the road and they have way better quality. Don't waste your money here because you'll have to buy another couch a year or 2 later. Complete waste of money and I'm very disappointed. Terrible

The store is well lit and welcoming to…come in and shop.

The store is well lit and welcoming to see the great variety of all the items there. Sales person Shane was very helpful that led me to purchase a recliner I shopped for. I received good explanation of the product, warranty, delivery, I was pleased with the variety of products and models available. Delivery planning fit my calendar. Overall very satisfied.
