Ordered 2 items and never received
Ordered 2 items and never received. I tried emailing and calling with no luck. No one ever returned my calls. I had to open a dispute with my credit card to get a refund. It was a headache.

Do not do business with LMR
Do not do business with LMR. I ordered a part for my Mustang that was close to $500 - I never received the shipment. I filed a case with LMR, they did nothing to help me. I filed a case with the Better Business Bureau against LMR to try to get my part or my money back and LMR never even responded to the Better Business Bureau. I am out 500 and at this point will have to file a small claims case against LMR to get them to respond..Reference - TX Better Business Bureau BBB case complaint #21576427 against LMR

Problem with item, good follow up service!
Just an update on this. I thought that LMR had closed the trouble report on an item so previously gave a poor review. They are replacing the item free of charge, so have updated the review. Highly recommend them for auto parts!

In the future if I need anything else I won’t hesitate to use their site again being they fully refunded their mistake. First off let me say I have only had great experiences with lmr. I feel like I have been a loyal customer buying many parts from them. Today I wrote a review ( which they asked for ) on a kit that I ordered. I usually don't write reviews unless they are good ones. This one wasn't and was pretty explanatory and lengthy. Lmr removed it. There was absolutely nothing profane; only truth and my experience with this part and the company that offers its lack of customer service. I then submitted another review of the product short and sweet. "wouldnt get these". Removed... why do they ask me for a review and i give it ,they don't like it and then remove it ? I thought a review was to let people know what they might expect before spending hard earned money these days. I'm sure this will receive some sort of response from lmr stating I did something wrong. All I did was tell my BAD experience with this particular part; I'm not the only one...
