I have spent over $3,000 on this…
I have spent over $3,000 on this company. It was my favorite over everything. I've been trying to exchange my christmas pre orders since i received it back on October 2nd. I've received nothing since then. I have emailed a total of 4 times along with social media & they respond they'll have someone reach me; no one ever does. At this point, i want a refund. I will give my money to a brand that actually cares to reply.

Ordered a romper and swaddling blanket and was looking forward to a free matching hat. Of course the code they sent didn’t work. Tried emailing , but didn’t hear back. Frustrating and disappointing.

Great customer service!
I ordered a shorts outfit for our 14 month granddaughter and ordered a 12-24 month size. When it arrived I felt it would be way too small for her (seemed closer to a 12 month size) and initiated an exchange. I ordered a 2T and it was sent out as soon as I started the exchange online. Incredibly quick to send me the exchange! Many thanks!!
