Stay at Bahia Principe Tulum but don’t use Loveholidays to book your stay
Whilst booking to stay at the Bahia Principe Grand Tulum resort was very simple via the Loveholidays site I would not recommend using Loveholidays to book this resort, or any other holidays again. Following full payment of the holiday my expectation was I would be able to perform the online check in 10 days prior to arrival so I could then book dinners at the resorts various restaurants. I had been advised by friends who had stayed at the resort previously that leaving booking restaurants until you arrive at the resort will leave you disappointed as restaurants are booked out well in advance of people’s arrivals. If this happens the only option for evening food at the resort is to eat at the Yukatan buffet restaurant. Thankfully (luckily) the quality and variety of food at the buffet restaurant is high so we weren’t disappointed but having the option to check in online prior to arrival and make dinner reservations, like other holiday providers offer, was my expectation and I was left very dissatisfied with Loveholidays overall support. Despite repeated requests of Loveholidays to contact their provider to allow me to check in online, nothing was resolved and we were unable to check in online prior to our arrival as the reference provided by Loveholidays for our stay was not recognised by the resort. Whilst I highly recommend the Bahia Principe Grand Tulum resort I do not recommended Loveholidays.

Paid for a private transfer On arrival our taxi was lateOn departure was given a time that would have made us miss our flight We tried to change to an earlier pick up but told this was not possible so we booked a private taxi at another cost

Great holiday company
The app is easy to use and add-ons are simple to book. The photos of the hotels I have stayed at have been accurate. The communication from the company is excellent.
