Fast Shipping
I ordered my dress March 7th and it didn't say it would ship until March 31st because it was a restock so I was worried. However, it shipped out promptly once the day arrived and came in about 2 days.

Returns a little difficult
We ordered from the shop and planned to return from the US, but found the returns difficult. Not a simple process. We ordered two of the same dress in different sizes and unfortunately neither fit… The package also got stuck in customs, so by the time it arrived we had found something else.

Great customer service
I bought 2 dresses. One of great got many compliments. The other just didn’t fit me right. I didn’t realize there was a 14 day return window. Customers service gave me a courtesy late return ( it was 18 days after purchase) The customer service was responsive and helpful. Also love the great selection- will definitely be a repeat customer!
