I ordered a set of suitcases, which were delivered in time. A few weeks later I took one of the suitcases on vacation and the lock broke. I called the company but I did not receive an answer. After emailing and finding others ways to contact them, it took them 2 months to give me a call to let me know they were sorry and would sent a new product right away. I have never heard from them since, no product was delivered and no attempt to reach out to them via calling/ email or instagram was answered. I would not recommend you buying anything here.

Placed two orders for cases. One order (2 hardcase cabin) arrived 48 hours later (free postage). Second order was dispatched and received by Courier and then it went missing. I spoke with Lugg and found their customer service staff very courteous and friendly. They tried their best to trace my order but it resulted in them having to reissue it. I was also issued with a complimentary refund for one of the items (for any inconvenience) which I thought was a considerate thing to do. I then have a delivery of my lost order and my replacement order turning up 24 hours apart. I rang Lugg and spoke to their CEO to find out how to return 2 of these cases but was told to keep them for any inconvenience caused. These lovely cases are for my granddaughters who are all going on different school trips this summer. Apart from a little hiccup with one of the orders, I was kept informed by confirmation and dispatch emails and dealt with most helpful staff. I'm delighted with my purchases as are my granddaughters. I also have a spare case for myself, courtesy of Lugg Online. Would certainly recommend to anyone. Couldn't believe how great their customer care is. Many thanks indeed.

Ordered Echolac mid size checked in luggage. Item came with ripped dirty cover of the luggage. The wheels was dirty. It is an ex display luggage. Please don't buy from this store.

I ordered specific packing compression cubes, they sent me other ones I didn't want. they did not refund or send return labels. They said they no longer stocked the ones I wanted. Shysters I would never trust them or buy from them again they fell they can tell you what you should want and have, and pay them for it.

5 Star Shout out to Love Luggage Australia.I bought a Delsey Tote which wasn't quite up to scratch for a luxury brand. Gareth at Love Luggage responded within minutes and offered a refund. Then advised me he would discuss the issue with the manufacturer and I could donate the bag. So, the Children's hospital foundation now have a Delsey Tote to raffle.

Purchase an item not even a week ago and it was defective. Called customer service and their answer was that since the item was used for less than a week I have to contact Samsonite directly. Basically they sold me something defective and I have to contact the manufacturer. When I called Samsonite, they will charge me $15 for shipping but I have to take it to their store so they can ship it and the closest store to my house is 45 minutes.Do yourself a favor, never buy from this place just go a buy directly from a department store or a more reliable company. I will never purchase anything from this place.

I read the reviews here and had a bit of trepidation with getting support. I could not be more impressed. I ordered a Briggs and Riley bag (not cheap!). The next day I had a call which I missed and an email letting me know the bag was discontinued, and offering me the new version or an immediate refund. I went back and forth in email with customer support and there was no big lag. I was happy with the replacement and they shipped that day. That’s excellent service. Can’t wait to get my Bag.

Very pleased with the product. Lightweight yet seems very sturdy. I purchased 2 cases in the UK but am concerned they the warranty seems only valid in the USA. Can you advise.

Reporting this site. Placed order 3 days ago. Money immediately taken from my account but have not received any order information or receipt for the purchase! The telephone number they have listed keeps ringing “busy” and emails are not going through!This site is a SCAM!! Deserves 0 stars!

Ordered a designer trunk and the customer service team reached out immediately after a delay of shipment and still arranged for an immediate delivery. I’m positively uplifted by the teams efficiency and kindness. I will be a customer for life. Very satisfied with this experience!
