Expired point with no prior notice

I have been a customer with Luisaviaroma for a long time. I made some purchases in the last year and I recently decided to use my points. To my surprise they said the points expired, I asked that shouldn't they send an email if point was expiring so that could influence my purchase decision if I wanted to buy anything, they said it was within the app. Bear in mind just like anyone else with a bit of financial discipline I tend to delete my app so I don't overspend and only download it again if really feel the need to make a purchase, the customer service have been awful citing its some " company policy". The only reason I use them is because of the point system. Also, the huge portion of the point in question only expired on March 1 according to the app. This is really unfair considering i'm a long time customer. Its ridiculous, I want all my points back!!

NEVER AGAIN, Most unprofessional service ever.

I bought a faulty pair of Diemme shoes and I could clearly measure that there was a mistake from the factory on how the laceholders was place.. the product control team said "it seems to not be a manufactoring mistake" and did not approve my refund.. It has been the most unprofessional service ever and i do not understand how you can treat customers like this.. will NEVER buy form them again.

Refusal to refund order returned

I am a customer of LVR for many years and even have a diamond status in the LVR privilege system. I wanted to buy some Golden Goose sneakers with my credit points which I used on an order back in December 2025. When I received the order of three sneakers, two of them did not match my expectations but I had found two other pairs on the website which did. As I had paid in part with a Euro 200 LVR privilege credit I felt it would be easiest to just process an exchange in order to save on multiple shipments back and forth. I was informed that exchanges could only be processed for the exact same model and that I had to return the sneakers and order new ones. However, the process of refund and receiving back the credit points can take up to more than three weeks and I was worried that the sneakers would be gone by then. Also I was unsure at this point f I would want to keep them. I therefore had to order them without the credit, and then sent them back to reorder them with the credit which had been refunded in the meantime. Having now made my choice, I only reordered the two pairs I had selected but this time with the credit. Upon arrival of that third order, I noticed that the sneakers were not in perfect condition, so instead of shipping them back and waiting for the credit points to be refunded, risking that the pairs in poerfect condition may be gone, I reordered the exact same sneakers again without the credit points. I had therefore two orders at home of two exactly same models. I chose the ones that seemed in best condition and returned the last order that I had bought without the credit. Each tag was intact, the models were the same but as it turns out the barcode was not and LVR only refunded the amount paid without taking into account the credit points of Euro 150. The order which I had bought without credit points but had actually returned and tagged as such was not refunded. Although LVR offers exchanges for the same items they refuse to do this on my order. I have now placed 4 orders (!) for the same models, each order costing an additional Euro 16 for each shipment and even now LVR refuses to refund the order without the credit points. I feel betrayed and this is not a transparent and justifiable practice. I earned the credit I used, I paid for the order, I returned the second order fully intact with the exact same models and tags attached but I am not receiving the Euro 150 I am owed. I would need to return the order as well, wait for everything to be fully processed and refunded in order to then buy the exact same sneakers again a fifth timw with the credit points. But I would still need to leave it up to chance to actually receive the ones in perfect condition which are the ones I have at home right now, also still with tags attached. The way I am being treated is disgraceful and unacceptable and I intend to raise a dispute. This is definitely no way to attract customers and ensure their loyalty, I feel I am being mocked.In response to LVR’s reply below:I have read your reply and arguments. They are a disgrace and embarrassing to read. You are scamming your customers. I returned an order with the exact same model in the exact same size with all tags attached. The only difference is that I had ordered one with my credit points and the other without. On your website you offer exchanges so there is absolutely no reason why you are unable to process such an exchange for me so that I can keep the order in which I was able to use my credit. Your attitude is shameful and you ostensively only intend to not have me use my credit. This is systemic and ongoing. You lure customers to be loyal by offering credit points but then you do everything to make it exceedingly difficult for them to use. By this practice I have placed a total of 5 (!) orders just to get the sneakers I want with the use of my credit. That means 5 times your excessive shipping costs of Euro 16. I am obviously not a valuable customer for you as you make no effort or gesture to help me. Your behaviour towards an extremely good customer is truly shameful and without class, elegance or dignity.

Not trust worthy

Ive ordered heels in august. After 2 weeks (i didn’t wear the shoes much) I have sent te shoes back, because the sole was getting loose. The customer service is ok, because they almost immediately reply right away. But it doesn’t sit right with me that I still don’t know anything about the status of my return. I still didn’t receive a refund or a replacement (which I don’t even want anymore, i just want my money back). The only thing they will say it is under investigation. So I don’t have the shoes or my money. Be warned and don’t order here.
