My $2500 "Kate" rug is falling apart after 1 1/2 months - at least 25 yarn pulls and more each day - just terrible quality for the price. L&G won't issue a refund after 30 days ... but I doubt this rug lasts the year. We have other rugs that are 15-20 years old with minimal wear - just a high priced garbage product & company.

*** $3,599 sofa purchased 5 mos ago, never received.*** Purchased the arlen sectional sofa Nov 3, 2025. L&g said it was “backordered” with expected delivery Dec 22- Jan 5, 2025. Couch did not arrive. Company did not reach out. Contacted company via chat. They said it had been pushed to Feb 8. Couch again did not arrive. Company did not reach out. Contacted company. Asked for an explanation from the vendor. A couple days later they replied, “I just heard back from the vendor after requesting some more details, and they simply shared with me that they encountered a delay with their manufacturer.” They said the new expected date is March 28. Couch never arrived. L&G sent email saying expected date is May 3. It has now been 5 mos and they are again pushing the delivery date back a month. I emailed to cancel the order and requested a full refund.

I'm surprised this company has negative reviews as I've ordered numerous things on here and they all showed up and everything was smooth and returns are straight forward.

The communication aspect of this review is not bad between me and Lulu and Georgia's customer service. However, the resolution was very very disappointing. We purchased a nice looking, Darina 6 drawer dresser. Just 8 months in, i started to peel back in various places. The manufacturer said it was "normal wear and tear". We paid just a little under 3K for this dresser. Don't buy it, or be sure you get something to protect yourself. We will NOT be buying from LuLu and Georgia again. And, I'll be doing as many reviews as I can about this.

Lulu and Georgia is such a scam when it comes to shipping costs. Their shipping costs are based solely on the price of the product you are purchasing , and not remotely on the actual item you are purchasing, or the actual cost to ship that item. I attempted to order a small 12 inch lamp, and they wanted to charge me $30 to ship it. Are they wrapping it in silk? It could have been a 4 inch bowl and they still would have charged me $30, simply based on the cost of the item. I wish stores like this had to be transparent about and show proof of their actual shipping costs in comparison to what you are asking you to pay as the customer. It's criminal! There is absolutely no way their shipping prices are honest. It's such a scam. Don't offer your customers a 20% discount and then significantly up charge them well above and beyond the actual cost of shipping. Gross. I'll go elsewhere.

The quality is JUNK and the customer service is horrible.We ordered 2 queen beds, one broke very quickly and the other one is barely used. We also ordered 2 night stand and they came broken. The company doesn't have a store for a reason!

I recently purchased the Kapala Nesting Coffee Table and was very disappointed when it arrived. The silver and white hardware underneath the marble top is fully visible at eye level, especially when sitting on a couch nearby. This makes the piece look unfinished and quite cheap for a marble coffee table that costs nearly $2,000.This detail is not accurately depicted on the website. The product images do not show how large and visible the screws are around the outside of the table, which was very surprising once the item was delivered.When I contacted customer service to initiate a return, I was told I would be responsible for a 10% restocking fee and would not be reimbursed for shipping, because the screws are considered part of the hardware. Given that the product photos do not clearly show this design element, this felt extremely unreasonable.I have spent over $15,000 with this company over time and have unfortunately continued to experience disappointing customer service. It’s frustrating to feel like loyal customers are not valued, especially when raising legitimate concerns about product representation.This experience has definitely made me rethink placing future orders with them.

Purchased a Galilea floor mirror which shipped with wall mounts not rated for the weight of the mirror. After the mirror crashed off the wall less than 24 hours after mounting, destroying our baseboard and outlet, they only offered a refund on the mirror. Now we have an expensive repair to do, and also have to pay someone to have the mirror disposed of.Unsafe products and unsatisfactory resolution.

$900 spent. Three incorrect orders. Two months wasted. Zero accountability.This has easily been the worst customer experience I’ve had with any company.I ordered a pillow in a specific color for $150 plus shipping. Instead of receiving the correct item, I was sent the wrong color three separate times.After the second mistake, customer service assured me they had escalated the issue and personally spoke with the supplier to ensure the third shipment would finally be correct. It wasn’t. The third order arrived wrong again.Only after the third failure did customer service admit that this is a known issue with the item. If the company already knows there’s a problem fulfilling this product correctly, why is it still being sold on the website?At first I was told to keep or discard the incorrect pillows. Later I was asked to return the wrong item, adding yet another inconvenience after already waiting more than two months for the correct product.Customer service is also extremely difficult to reach. There is no direct phone support, even after I requested a call. Your only options are sending emails and waiting indefinitely for a reply or sitting in chat hoping someone eventually responds.To add insult to injury, shipping is outrageously expensive. I spent over $900 on several pillows, and shipping alone was around $90. After months of mistakes and repeated inconvenience, the company’s solution was to refund $20 in shipping.I was also offered a refund, but that’s not a real solution when I ordered multiple pillows specifically to match this color scheme. After months of waiting and repeated errors, “just get a refund” doesn’t fix the time and planning already invested.Premium prices should come with premium service and basic quality control. Instead, this experience has been defined by repeated mistakes, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.Three wrong orders, two months wasted, and still no resolution.Buyers should be aware.

I purchased the Cora Sideboard and am extremely disappointed with the quality. I expected this item to make a statement in my entry. It does...just not the one I intended to make. There is no craftsmanship, the sideboard stain looks very unprofessional and the piece is not sturdy. I will not be purchasing anything else from Lulu and Georgia for my home remodel as the pictures and the description of this piece were misleading.(as an aside...the delivery service was exceptional. For what's THAT worth)
