Highly recommend Lumin
Highly recommend Lumin, I’ve been using their products for some time now. Every product I’ve bought has been great, I especially like the daily moisturiser and the charcoal face wash. Customer service is also excellent. Delivery was quick.

Been waiting for tracking number for…
Been waiting for tracking number for weeks? They responded to a email finally. Stated the package was being processed and shipped. Gave a website for tracking packages. But no tracking number? I used my email address to track. Package is being prepared? 3weeks as of today. Package is waiting for carrier pickup? Impossible to get customer support to do anything but lie.

I cannot give enough praise to the employee , Rachel , who dealt with my request to cancel a subscription and obtain a refund! I was expecting a battle but was overwhelmed by the degree of understanding and professionalism I received. I was blown away by the speed at which I was refunded. I lodged my returns at an Everi collection point at 15:06 and received notification of my refund at 16:22! First class every step of the way.Thank You to Rachel and to Lumin
