I LOVE LUXLAIR!!!! I was afraid, now I wish I would've known them years ago.
Last year, I searched for a DG sweatshirt and found it on several websites, including LUXLAIR.com. About three weeks ago, I decided to purchase the sweatshirt directly from LUXLAIR, but initially received the wrong item. I was quite concerned because there was no phone number available, so I contacted customer service immediately via chat. Viktor was exceptional; he promptly sent a shipping label for the return, expressed sincere apologies, and provided a new tracking number. I received my desired DG sweatshirt yesterday.I must emphasize that I ordered an XS; however, due to an error at DG's warehouse, the XS was no longer available. Viktor offered me a size S, which was twice the price, but LUXLAIR did not charge me the additional cost. Khurram and Viktor consistently kept me informed about my shipments. They were exceptionally kind and professional.Initially concerned that the website might be a scam, I am now very impressed and grateful to Viktor and Khurram. Without hesitation, I would consider LUXLAIR my preferred retailer for luxury brands. For reference, LUXLAIR is based in Minneapolis.

Delivery issue
I had a delivery issue and had to contact customer support. Victor assisted me and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. He even called me back to make sure I was aware that the situation had been resolved and had my order rush delivered. Excellent customer service!

The frames are exactly what I searched…
The frames are exactly what I searched all over the internet and optical stores for. The advertised color is exact and true. My only issue was having to pay $35 to UPS to deliver them to me. As much as I love them I won’t be ordering again. The tariffs are not the cause either. Tariffs have been in place for many, many years and now because our president is making sure we get what we pay in return we are being gouged. It’s the same scenario includes gas and groceries!!

Best combination of price and style.

More expensive than buying from the designer's themselves
Found multiple Staud bags that were listed for 2x the original price brand new on Staud's website. Frustrating to have a brand seemingly promote discounted merchandise and try to scam customers.
