Customers deserve accurate information and honest handling of issues.

Sharing my experience with Luxury Escapes.I booked the Canyon Flyer activity for NZD $480 after it was presented alongside Cairns experiences on their website. This gave the clear impression that it was located nearby.In reality, it is not in the Cairns region at all, and I was unable to attend. My entire itinerary was based in Cairns, with all activities booked through them — it was simply not possible to travel such a long distance.Despite acknowledging that the listing was misleading, Luxury Escapes has refused a fair resolution.Even more concerning, they are now claiming that I “used” the activity — which is completely untrue.This is not just disappointing customer service, but a misrepresentation of facts.I hope this can be reviewed and resolved properly.

Beware of the loopholes and fine print.

Beware of the loopholes and fine print. Booked a holiday 2 days ago and attempted to cancel due to a family members health issues. Cancellation policy while applying within 7 days of purchase did not apply because it was 14 days of the booking. No special consideration grounds.

When there is an issue

When there is an issue, forget receiving support. Just does not exist. We had issues with travel dates and they just were not interested. They take your money; no support, no refunds, no consideration. Despite numerous emails. They only pay the operator after use. They are more interested in keeping all your money. Maybe a class action would be appropriate.

I asked to change a hotel booking .

I asked to change a hotel booking in Auckland this weekend as there is a Cyclone approaching. Last cyclone our house got flooded so we absolutely need to be at home to monitor the situation. Lauren worked to change the booking to a later date, which took a huge weight off my shoulders.
