HELL NO!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS
HELL NO!!! Do not purchase from this business! Lucy totally screwed up two orders. They shipped not one but two orders to the billing address which I 💯 KNOW I double checked before hitting send. Luxy is trying to blame me for not double checking which is 100 a LIE or my search engine which again is 💯 a LIE!!! I order all the time on the same search engine and this has NEVER happened to be let alone twice from the same place!! I thought the first order didn't go through and did not find an email confirmation so after almost a month I ordered again and LUXY fooked up the shipping address TWICE!! After my second order didn't come in I called my payment card and they said I had not one but two payments to Luxy YET I DID NOT RECEIVE EITHER SHIPMENT!!!

Purchased a U shaped 24” 100% human…
Purchased a U shaped 24” 100% human hair, with cuticle attached (Remy). The hair was very silky initially but shed A LOT more than average. The hair also would not hold any type of curl which makes me believe that it wasn’t 100% Human hair, but had either synthetic hair mixed in, or some very weird harsh treatment done. I’ve only purchased 100% human hair never synthetic, and I’ve never had this problem with the hair not curling AT ALL! Almost all hair extensions are initially very silky to start from it with, the better ones can withstand shampooing at least once a week or more, and even get more natural looking in time. The really BAD ones start tangling, shedding, and becoming corse usually starting at the tips. This is what I found with the Luxy product I purchased. That may have been a good company at one time but it’s been years since they’ve fallen and they continue to fall hard. Would not purchase from this company again. Customer service is severely lacking, color match is all over the place. Buyer beware! I do not recommend.

Mikayla gave me 15 minutes on a video call, advised me on the best color extensions, then there was an issue and they gave me a discount that was offered on the website but not accredited when I purchased.Luxy Hair has great, personalized customer service. Highly recommended.

Been a Luxy Customer Since 2017
I’ve been a customer of Luxy since 2017 and ordered 15 sets of extensions from Luxy Hair, and I keep coming back for a reason. Out of all those orders, I only had one set that wasn’t up to par—and their customer service handled it quickly and without any hassle. They sent me a replacement, no stress, which honestly says a lot about a company.I’ve tried other brands here and there, but the quality has never matched what I get from Luxy. The hair is consistently soft, thick, and blends really well with my natural hair. That’s the biggest thing for me—it actually looks natural and not obvious. Another huge plus is how little they shed—even when I’m brushing them, it’s minimal, which makes a big difference over time. And while I'm wearing the extensions as long as I occasionally brush them throughout the day I see very little tangling, if any. Between the quality and the way they handle customers, they’ve earned my loyalty. Definitely one of the few brands I trust when it comes to extensions. And just for reference I've ordered hair extensions from 4 other big name brands and countless cheaper sets from eBay back when I first started buying extensions and still went back to Luxy every time.

Amazing Luxy
I had such a great experience with Luxy Hair! I initially misjudged the shade of my halo, but Kerry and Haven were incredibly kind and went above and beyond their policy to help replace my set. Their customer service was amazing and they truly cared about making things the right fit and as easy as possible. Because of them, I’ll absolutely be shopping with Luxy again!
