Refined, consistent, and genuinely easy to work with
I tend to be quite particular when it comes to at-home gel products — especially in terms of texture, control, and how “refined” the final result feels.Madam Glam stands out to me for how balanced everything is. The formulas are smooth without being runny, pigmented without feeling heavy, and surprisingly forgiving to work with. It’s easy to achieve a clean, even application without overthinking the process.What I appreciate most is the consistency across different shades. Some brands perform well only in certain colors, but here the quality feels stable, which makes the whole experience more reliable.The overall finish is glossy, lightweight, and polished in a way that doesn’t feel overly done — which, to me, makes a big difference. I have been purchasing from Madam Glam…
I have been purchasing from Madam Glam since 2020. I made a large purchase recently and I did not receive a single item. The response from customer service was that the items were reported to be delivered by GOFO shipping. However, I never received the items I ordered. I will no longer purchase polish from Madam Glam. I will go back to Kiara Sky gels.

Be VERY careful when checking out if…
Be VERY careful when checking out if you only want a one time purchase. They will covertly sign you up for their $29 VIP Membership at check out. It's VERY difficult to cancel and nearly impossible to get refunded but I'm still trying. Very shady (and expensive for the consumer) business practice.

I reached out to Madam Glam because of a problem with a product. They responded so quickly and resolved the problem. I was treated with respect and the support I received was great. I love Madam Glam s products!!

Madam Glam gel polishes
Madam Glam gel polishes are amazing and highly pigmented. I’m obsessed with their glossy finish it looks so professional and shiny. I also love the VIP program, which makes it easier to get new colors and grow my collection. My manicures last up to 3 weeks. I also like that the products are vegan and cruelty-free too. Highly recommended!

Not worth custom charges
I’ve had a subscription with them for two years now, but the past year the border charges on my orders have cost more than the products ordered, ‘free’ items declared on orders and full price put on orders declared, I purposely keep my order below £135 to avoid this but last few orders I’ve had to pay £75 in border charges, I’ve cancelled my subscription also losing out on moneys already accumulated from my subscription, but it’s just not worth the charges anymore, I’ve emailed them but never received a response so unfortunately lost my custom UpdateAfter the reply saying you’d reached out, that still hasn’t happened, I havnt received any emails from yourselfs, you have my email as I’m still receiving promotional emails still daily and my account is still active, I’m assuming this is a generic email to look like your appeasing customers concernsUpdate 2After correspondence via email with Jane who was very apologetic, I have been refunded my border charges and also my balance remaining on my account from my monthly subscription, thank you for sorting this the customer service on her part was exceptional

Not just a great product!
I have always been impressed with the products and prompt shipping when I’ve ordered from Madam Glam, but I can now say that their customer service is also beyond compare! I accidentally received an incorrect order. When I emailed customer service, they responded quickly, clearly, and my questions were answered. They promptly took care of my problem, and the correct order is on its way to me with a complimentary gel of my choice. Everything was so easy. Thank you, Madam Glam!

NO response. Terrible
NO response.. I sent 10 emails still no response and no refund received from a return.. no customer service support. Terrible As of today 01/20/26. I'm still waiting for a response and I had sent so many emails and still waiting for my refund. I'm tempted to report this to my bank as FRAUD transaction.
