I'm writing this review so YOU can feel confident purchasing a made-in stainless steel pan.Before my purchase, I did as much research as I could into stainless steel pans/competitors (like AC) but ultimately chose Made-In.I was able to purchase the 12" stainless steel pan on sale just before Christmas 2025. I've been using this regularly since then (approx. 5 months) and I could not be happier with the purchase. Pros: - It looks great. - It cleans up well.- It makes everything taste better.- Heats evenly.- Great handle - easy to hold/doesn't get hot when cooking on stove. Cons: - The 12" pan is a big pan, so make sure you have the storage for it - but if it was up to me, i'd have this on display because it looks great.- My handle is stainless steel, and I do like the look of the brass handle, however, I do have a unproven theory that maybe with the brass handle, that it may be more likely to get a hot handle?I use this on an old coil electric stove and it pre-heats quickly and evenly. I've cooked everything using this pan - from steak dinners, to fried egg breakfasts. Provided you pre-heat your pan properly, you'll experience virtually non-stick and have the benefit of knowing no micro plastics are getting into your meals. Keep on a medium heat and adjust down as/if needed and you'll be good to go. I'm very happy with this purchase and can confidently say I would buy more stainless steel products from Made-In. I say to my wife everytime I use this pan, how much I love it, and how confident I am that it will be a pan that gets passed down to generations to come.Make sure you learn how to properly look after a stainless steel pan and you will have no problems and no regrets.

Very disappointed. A month in of using my cerami clad pan, it had already started chipping off and I’ve taken great care of it

Made In products are by far the best. I have a full set of pots and pans as well as their sheet pans. Great quality and great customer service. Absolutely worth the price, I wouldn’t choose any other brand. Looking forward to more purchases in the future!

I ordered a wrangler x made in knife for an anniversary present for my fiance who is an executive chef. The knife was lost by the post office and accidentally sent back to the warehouse. I reached out to Support and they were really quick to get a replacement sent out so I could have it in time to gift it. Really appreciated their kindness and concern and the knife is stunning. My fiance is obsessed with Made In knives now and has ordered three more. I love my 12-inch stainless frying pan, too!

My first Made In purchase was the 12” carbon steel, what a wonderful product, perfect for any protein and I use it at least 2-3 times a week. I then ventured into the stainless steel pan arena with the Made In 12 inch, another absolute winner and it changed the way I cook forever. Secure in the knowledge that their products are world class I decided to test their plateware and bought a set of 4 each, dinner plates, appetizer plates, side bowls and entree bowls. Again, completely blown away by the quality of their products. Love, love, love them. All was well until I decided to add two more sets to the plateware. I could find no way on line to order just 2 sets rather than 4 so I sent a message to Made In Customer Service asking to purchase two sets. They said no. I asked them to please reconsider and review with their leadership team. They wrote back that the leadership team agreed and that they would send me a custom invoice. I thought…fantastic, I appreciate them changing their minds. Less than one hour later I got a message from Thomas who said he was part of the leadership team and that they would not allow me to purchase just 2 sets, I needed to buy all four sets. He said they would not sell me two sets because they are already packaged but they would give me a 20% discount. So he sends me an invoice and the math is wrong, the price IS MORE than what I paid for the first set!. I wrote back again asking for a senior leadership review and he came back with a no again but did offer me a 25% discount. I absolutely love the products but from a customer service perspective, these guys are simply bad. Of all the reviews here…more than 50% are one star and it’s mostly for bad customer service. All they had to do was unpack two sets and let me buy them and the other two I’m sure would be bought by someone who broke one or two. But no…they’d rather force a customer to buy 4 sets when they only need two. So I caved and bought the four set and I’m sure they will be a great as the first set I bought. My question for Made In is, was the $170 extra you made selling 2 additional sets worth losing a customer? I hope so because even though I love your products, I will never buy another one.

Received my Seasoned Carbon Steel frypan 3 piece set - two out of three pans are damaged, scratched and rusty. Not good enough for a £200 spend!I want to return the order for a refund but NO RESPONSE from Customer Service 'Contact Us'. BEWARE - THEY ARE NOT CONTACTABLE FOR A REASON!! Made In supply faulty goods! MADE IN - Please respond to my complaint!!!

The pans might be good, wouldn’t know because the courier service is horrendous. Still waiting for redelivery after 3 failed attempts to an office address which is manned all day.
