I love my B-52 pro
I love my B-52 pro. It’s a great value and it really does everything that I need. I do have two complaints which is why I gave four stars instead of five. My first plane is with the $50 off that is always offered. I signed up for the email. I got the $50 off and when I went to use it everything I tried was not eligible so I ended up losing the $50. My second complaint is with what I actually purchased, which is the leg extension attachment. This thing is very awkward and really doesn’t perform well I’m disappointed.

Outstanding experience with Major Fitness
The packaging was exceptional. The installation instructions, combined with the installation video, made assembly very easy. The quality of the components seem to be substantial and built for years of use. I couldn't be happier.

The B52 was delivered and assembled in two evenings after work. Assembly was 3 hours total. Excellent instructions. A solid, quality machine.

Damaged parts and horrible customer service
Damaged parts, continued to send poorly packaged replacements and blame fedex, wanted me to handle disposal of damaged parts. customer service was one of the worst i’ve dealt with in my life

Solid, reliable equipment and customer service
Great equipment for a reasonable price and dependable customer service. We ordered some accessories for my unit, shipping was fast ( it was a new product and I pre-ordered. It shipped as soon as the part arrived for them) and they kept me informed of progress. When one of the pieces arrived damaged by the shipper, all it took was a email letting them know and a replacement was sent out within 48 hrs and arrived before the week was out.

I've had this equipment for a little over 4 weeks now and I absolutely love it! Shipping did take a little longer than what the website says so keep that I'm mind when ordering. But all in all I'm very satisfied with the quality and price of the B52 Pro and it was worth the wait!
