Damaged parts and horrible customer service
Damaged parts, continued to send poorly packaged replacements and blame fedex, wanted me to handle disposal of damaged parts. customer service was one of the worst i’ve dealt with in my life

Solid, reliable equipment and customer service
Great equipment for a reasonable price and dependable customer service. We ordered some accessories for my unit, shipping was fast ( it was a new product and I pre-ordered. It shipped as soon as the part arrived for them) and they kept me informed of progress. When one of the pieces arrived damaged by the shipper, all it took was a email letting them know and a replacement was sent out within 48 hrs and arrived before the week was out.

I've had this equipment for a little…
I've had this equipment for a little over 4 weeks now and I absolutely love it! Shipping did take a little longer than what the website says so keep that I'm mind when ordering. But all in all I'm very satisfied with the quality and price of the B52 Pro and it was worth the wait!

Easy to assemble
Easy to assemble, quick delivery. With the exception of the pulley’s being too short to use for pull downs, great machine. If I had it to do again, I would order the adjustable pulley arms.

The B-52 pro, amazing customer support…
The B-52 pro is extremely solid and versatile. Instructions for setup are clear, but at one point I put two parts together incorrectly, and seemingly irreversibly. I reached out to customer support and within hours they gave me help I needed, and even provided videos on how to solve the problem. Will be buying from Major Fitness again in the future!
