Honestly a joke company
Honestly a joke company. We ordered a worktop and are renovating as we are having our first kid. We checked the worktop was okay and had no dents. At a glance it was okay. We had it installed - had builders around, gas engineer to fit the hob in etc. We have then found an insect that is rolled into the worktop (not a mark but actually in the laminate of the worktop 🤢). This is disgusting, and so so unhygienic. I asked if I could get a refund as I do not trust the delivery of another worktop, and the Consumer Act says if the item is defective then they should rectify the situation. They refuse to send someone to remove the worktop or fit in a new one, and to add further insult, and making this even harder, won’t issue a refund - I have to pay someone to remove the worktop, for them to take it away, for me to then have a refund, which I then will need to have installed. I do not have spare money just lying around for me to do this, and to be honest don’t see why they want a worktop that has been cut down in half and around a hob and sink and has a bug in it. Instead of trying to help, they are being rude and adding unnecessary steps, stress - mentally and financially. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY!

Misleading product descriptions
Googled ready assembled furniture, these came up on a sponsored link sating ready assembled furniture.I read and re read all the product info and there is nothing to state product needs assembling. The packaging is also damaged. They want to charge £50 to return.A joke.Same auto response every time I challenge this.Misleading

Terrible customer service
Ordered a roll of wallpaper was sent wrong one on raising with manomano and supplying photos of what I ordered and what I received was told order was correct! Wallpaper I ordered was green with pink flowers I received grey with leaves! Said I could get refund but would need to pay postage as postage was half of what I paid not worth returning. Will not order anything from them again customer service is shocking!

Placed an order through mano mano for an item from furnwise wish i had read what previous customers left feel let down with mano mano surely they are aware of problems. reached out to mano mano cant be bothered to get back to me wont be using mano mano again .

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
⁸I ordered M260388463091 a set of three coffee tables when they arrived I had to build them with the bolts supplied. The bolts did not keep the table together due to faulty threads in the metal legs. I arranged with the company to return the tables. So far Yodel the carrier have failed to pick the item up from my address. Twice they have gone to the wrong address once they turned up and I hadn't been informed they were attending and once they didn't turn up at all. This is a joke. The tables cost over £100 pounds, customer service is terrible and I am very frustrated of how to receive my refund and have this item removed from my home. Reply after reply from Manoman with no resolution, **** I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company avoid avoid avoid ***** UPDATE ON THIS ORDER MANOMAN ARRANGED WITH YODEL TO COLLECT THIS ITEM TODAY THEY WOULD FORWARD A LABEL FOR ME TO PRINT. I HAVE RECEIVED NO LABEL AND YODEL ARE SCHEDULED TO COLLECT WITHIN THE NEXT TWO HOURS. WITHOUT A LABEL YODEL WILL NOT TAKE THE PARCEL. I HAVE EMAILED MANOMAN AND AS YET I HAVE HAD NO REPLY. I HAVE NOW OPENED A REVERSE CHARGE WITH MY BANK TO GET THIS PAYMENT BACK. ***DONT PART WITH YOUR MONEY *** LEASON LEARNT

This company is actually having a laugh…
This company is actually having a laugh...Ordered 3 items, 2 were delivered today and are both not what I ordered at all... I am going to cancel the 3rd item right now cause god knows what they will send...This is such a waste of my time as now I have to go through the process of trying to get my money back and organising a return of both items and one is a heavy shower tray....
