Telehealth should not be this difficult, but here it is

After an extended period as a paying customer, I cannot recommend this company.This was not a one-off issue. It was a consistent, ongoing pattern of problems across doctors, customer service, and fulfillment that never meaningfully improved, even after repeated escalation through multiple channels.This is a telehealth service involving prescribed medication. That carries a higher expectation of accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Delays, errors, and lack of coordination are not minor inconveniences in this context. They directly impact continuity of care.Over time, I experienced repeated issues including:- Doctors issuing incorrect prescriptions, inconsistent quantities, or incomplete orders- Medications arriving late, partially fulfilled, or not at all- Shipments sent to the wrong address multiple times, even after updating and confirming it repeatedly- Orders missing medications or basic supplies- Refills not being triggered correctly, requiring manual follow-up- Conflicting timelines, such as being told something would take a few days and it stretching into a week or more with no proactive communicationA particularly concerning pattern was the lack of coordination between their system and pharmacy partners. I was explicitly told my address was correct, yet shipments continued going to the wrong location. Parts of the same order were sent to different addresses, and replacement shipments were sometimes required more than once for the same issue.Customer service was consistently reactive and often ineffective. A typical interaction involved being told something would be looked into, followed by either a vague or incorrect response, or no follow-up at all. In many cases, I had to reach out multiple times just to get basic updates.There was little to no ownership of issues from start to finish. I was frequently left wondering whether anything had actually been done unless I followed up repeatedly. Even when responses came, they often did not directly address the question being asked.I also experienced situations where timing mattered and I clearly communicated that medication was needed by a specific date. Even with repeated emphasis over weeks, I still could not get a clear answer on whether it would arrive on time. In some cases, there was not even a shipping label created while I was being told things were in progress.I attempted to resolve issues through customer support, Discord, and escalation to senior leadership. While issues were acknowledged and explanations were provided, the same categories of problems continued afterward.Even routine account changes became difficult. When attempting to modify my subscription, I was given conflicting information about available plans. Options were visible in their own portal but could not actually be used, with the explanation that the system had not been updated.The core issue is not that mistakes happen. Every company has them. It is the complete lack of consistent ownership, unreliable follow-through, and no observable improvement over time. I have lost count of how many times I had to follow up on the same issues.If you are considering this service, be extremely cautious, especially with any annual commitment. In my experience, the issues are ongoing rather than isolated, and resolving them requires significant and repeated effort on your part.I wanted this to work. It did not.

I’ve had an excellent experience with Maximus Tribe from start to finish. Horrible experience

I cancelled the service prior to the annual renewal. They still charged me for the annual fee ($1.2K) and didn't respond for a week of reaching out (said customer support was being overwhelmed with volume). Their customer service is horrendous and they've yet to refund me after 7 weeks... Stay clear of these guys!
