I had ordered a product which failed, So I reached out to the manufacturer (who shall remain nameless) many times for a warranty replacement and all I received from them was radio silence. So I contacted Meh for assistance. Caitlin quickly responded and notified me a replacement was on the way! Well Caitlin & Meh ... are certainly not "Meh" they are GREAT when it comes to backing what they sell and customer service.

Caitlin was super helpful with my order issue. The item I received was damaged, and I couldn't use it properly. I contacted Meh, and within just a short time, Caitlin replied. I sent photos of the problem, and she rectified it with my choice of replacement.I love meh.com, and this just cemented my feelings.

Jessica provided me with a quick response to a problem with my order of table lamps. Once I sent a picture showing that the battery cover was defective and wouldn't close completely after the 3 batteries were inserted she promptly issue a credit.
