Great customer service, issue handled well
I had an issue with a product that didn’t meet expectations, but their customer service handled it really well. Caitlin was responsive, helpful, and made the process easy.Appreciate the quick resolution and support.

They back what they sell
I had ordered a product which failed, So I reached out to the manufacturer (who shall remain nameless) many times for a warranty replacement and all I received from them was radio silence. So I contacted Meh for assistance. Caitlin quickly responded and notified me a replacement was on the way! Well Caitlin & Meh ... are certainly not "Meh" they are GREAT when it comes to backing what they sell and customer service.

Great customer service and company
Caitlin was super helpful with my order issue. The item I received was damaged, and I couldn't use it properly. I contacted Meh, and within just a short time, Caitlin replied. I sent photos of the problem, and she rectified it with my choice of replacement.I love meh.com, and this just cemented my feelings.

Order was delivered with a large hole in the package
My order was delivered with a large hole in the bag and an item missing. I reached out to Meh about the issue.Caitlin was extremely helpful in assisting me with my issue. She was quick to respond to my emails, and sent me a replacement product very quickly.Thanks Meh and Caitlin!

Meh is responsive and fair.
I have bought several products on meh.com and all have been a good experience. However, recently a product I purchased arrived and there were missing components. I reached out to Meh and Jessica responded. The issues was resolved quickly and I am more than satisfied with the outcome come. I was issued a prompt apology, reply and refund. Excellent Customer Service…
Jessica provided me with a quick response to a problem with my order of table lamps. Once I sent a picture showing that the battery cover was defective and wouldn't close completely after the 3 batteries were inserted she promptly issue a credit.
