AMAZING!

My wife raves about this brand - at first the candles, then the sweaters and now jeans. Its a great place to go for gifts for anyone special in your life. It is my go to site. The experience online is easy to navigate and the quality is over the top. Whoever designs this stuff is a hero!

Fantastic online shopping experience

Fantastic online shopping experience. A friend raved about their candles, so on their advice I purchased six different candles to use and give as gifts. Their website was super easy to navigate, the shipping was super reasonable and the products came well packaged. Oh, and best of all, the candles are amazing. I know I'll be going back to Mersea soon.

Terrible experience.

Bought 2 Catalina sweaters and took them on vacation. Both pilled —after a few wears— looked terrible! I wrote Mersea and they don’t respond. I wrote. And wrote and wrote. Finally they asked me to send a photo. I did. Crickets. I wrote and wrote and wrote. I kid you not—months of me peppering them they finally sent me a label to send the sweaters back. I did. Weeks and weeks go by. Nothing. I email and email. Finally they say they’ll refund my money. They refund half? (These are expensive sweaters). I write. They say —oops! Finally get the full refund. Nightmare.

I received a gift

I received a gift - the receipt was for a sweater, I received a tee shirt. Customer service sent me a return label and said they would send out the correct gift that day. I returned the tee that day, and they received it within 3 days, (I tracked the return). After 10 days I called them to find out where the sweater was. They couldn’t confirm it was ever sent out, so they sent me another. When I received it, it came with a sample of a room scent. The sample was broken and the liquid scent doused the package and the sweater. I will not return again as the customer service is flaky and it’s already been over a month since I “received a gift”. I I would not ever order from this company. Oh, and it is very expensive for the quality of the product I received.

NOT IMPRESSED

I was not impressed with the quality of the items I ordered - one top had small pin size holes after one washing. Return process was difficult - I was instructed to return two items in one package by customer service - even though I paid for two return labels. Company then refused to refund my second item - saying that refund was linked to the return label. I am still awaiting my refund although both items were returned and USPS tracking shows package was received. Beware.

No Communication

I reached out through their "contact us" field and they have never responded. There is no phone number option. Really dislike sites that make contacting them such a chore. If you can't answer up front questions I'm doubtful you will provide any customer support post purchase.

I bought some very cute and expensive…

I bought some very cute and expensive 100% cotton pajamas. They are scratchy even after washing 6 times to try to soften. The company customer service does not respond. $165 wasted! I am now reporting them to Better Business Bureau. I am so disappointed

Love my new sweater

Love my new sweater, was unsure about the size but it’s just right. Great value for such a nice quality cashmere sweater.
