What an amazing customer service

What an amazing customer service! They rectified my issue with an overnight delivery and fantastic follow up with Ani. He assured me everything was taking care of and he was right. Wish other swim shops would value their customers like Metro Swim Shop does, thank you for putting your customers first.

I ordered product from Metro Swim on Amazon and they not only demanded signature, when it was returned to sender they kept my payment and your product. Go .... yourselves.

Not even a 1 rating -1 rating

Hello! Worst shop ever! They shipped me unfortunately something a kid could fit! Size and matters they don't on the wear you're buying is not acturate. I bet a shirt in size small in their apparel would be an extra small on me. They informed me they would send me a return label and they never did. I had to keep inboxing them and it's still been two weeks! All I want is my money back please don't buy from them unless you're very skinny because nothing in their store fits. Not even a 1 point rating I'd say -1

Does not honor advertised discounts

Ordered two (2) items. Used one of their promotions on one of two items. They shipped the regular priced item. Canceled the discounted item. Product remained in stock on website. No explanation from company as to why item was canceled. Should have reviewed the ratings here before ordering. Left without gift for Christmas.

Their website doesn't reflect their actual hours

As of October 26, 2024, their website at "storehours" for their Glen Burnie store says their Saturday hours are 10am to 5pm. But their main web page says their Saturday hours are 12pm to 5pm. I was there on Saturday, October 26 at 1220pm and they were closed. I guess that's what I get for trying to support a local business.

Ordered a tech suit

Ordered a tech suit. They sent me an entirely different suit in a different size saying they will give me a %30 discount if I choose to keep it. Why not just cancel the order if they didn’t have my item? And why advertise and item they don’t have?!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. They first sent the wrong tech suit color knowing that the one they listed on the web site was wrong. Then after I returned the suit (now they have it for 2 weeks now), they still did not issue a refund even after I called then a week ago. When I called a week ago, I asked them to call m back with a status when it is refunded. They did not call me. Now they say that their refund person is on vacation. They will not give me the number to the person who issues the refund and he is the manager. I will be filing a formal complain through my credit card company tomorrow if I don't get the refund issued tomorrow.

Great speedo LZR Pure Intent delivery

The experience was good. I ordered an speedo LZR pure intent, it arrived in great conditions and in 4 business days. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems fine. The only thing I had trouble with was tracking the order and contacting the company via email. The overall experience was good, I would buy again from them.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. I purchase a few items from here after recertification of my Lifeguarding certification. I purchased two of the CPR rescue kits(I’m guessing the stander ones they sell). I was carrying one to the stand for my shift and it opened up spilling the contents all over the including one part rolling into the pool. Well this was only the being, it doesn’t close right keeps opening when ever touch picked up or touched. I call Metro and inquired about this problem, first it took me forever to explain the problem. The customer service person just did not understand how hard was this to understand. I was on the phone for about 25 mins. And the final was they were sold out of all Lifeguarding equipment. Well, I hung up just called again yesterday and asked if they knew the manufacturer again different person still she did not understand what I wanted I asked for someone else and didn’t even understand that I was told to call back tomorrow. The run around is horrible DO NOT supportMetro Swim Shop please.
