Do NOT buy anything from this company. The absolute worst at customer service. Just read all the negative ratings and do not make the same mistake that myself and others have. Most importantly, anything you purchase is not available for return once it has been delivered. I paid over $1,000 and 2 days after my items arrived they had a big sale. They refused to credit me the difference for the lower prices and also said I could not return any items. They had a chance to save me as a customer, but instead they chased me away and I will never buy from them again. As negative ratings continue to increase they will go out of business some day.

I bought the DTX-1 Ultrasonic Cleaner and it died after just 2–3 uses, yet Mira Safety refused to cover any return shipping, forcing me to pay again for a defective product. Their “no refunds” policy for overseas orders means you literally pay twice: once for the broken device and again to send it back. I’ve never encountered a company that won’t even arrange a courier pickup, despite selling directly to international customers. Customer support stone-walled me and left me footing a hefty shipment and customs bill. Avoid buying from Mira Safety if you’re outside the U.S. – you risk paying twice for a defective item with zero support or legal protection.Edit (after Mira response):The initial cost to return the product is around $500 (via UPS). I have repeatedly asked your support for the cheapest possible option and they simply referred me to the DHL and UPS website, where the prices are close to the one listed above. I did not receive any assistance from them, but I will not pay 60% of the price, at my own expense, to send the product back.As I have repeatedly stated to your team, if you wish, take delivery and receive the product, which was purchased only 2 weeks ago!!!If it works, keep it and refund my money!

This company is terrible. I have spent thousands of dollars with them since I got out of the military in 2022. I have had numerous shipping issues. Their customer service is horrible. Here is the most severe example:I placed a large order (over $1000) in November 2024 for the holiday sale. They shipped half the order in December. I have been fighting to get the rest of my order fulfilled since then. It’s understandable that some items are back ordered especially around the holiday. But I asked multiple times in December 24, January 25, and February 25 to fulfill the other half of my order which was a set of MOPP gear for $777. Here’s the issue, they finally shipped the MOPP gear in February but they only send the suit. I had purchased a special “Santa suit” which had suit, boots, gloves, and tape. I spent days going back and forth with their customer service explaining that they only sent the suit. And they are refusing to send the rest of the set claiming they already sent it. They want me to prove that they didn’t send the rest of the set previously. This is ridiculous, I have the packing slip and I identified exactly what they sent IN 3 SEPARATE PACKAGES. They had me take all my gear out of storage and take pictures to show that THEY DIDNT send the rest of the set. The most messed up part about this is it’s their mistake. They had me pay $30 for shipping protection. They won’t ship the missing items from my set. What’s the point of shipping protection. Bottom line Mira Safety needs to take the “customer satisfaction” off their website. They don’t care about their customers. Buyer beware you may not get your stuff that you ordered, and if you do it will likely be delayed. Good luck with dealing with customer service.

I attempted to cancel an order I made this evening, and am getting the run-around. Your "customer service" representative, Jeffrey, says that they're not able to "directly cancel the order", despite the fact that you're literally using Shopify, a CMS that I'm VERY familiar with, it takes nothing but a few clicks to cancel an order. Very poor business practices.
