Horrible company. First my order said delivered but it wasn’t. Contacted company they said couldn’t help me. I had to contact the delivery company. It went to the wrong address. Then we got the order. The lady’s hat was HUGE. Asked for a return. Was assured a full credit. Nope. I was refunded $18. Asked them why. Was told it looks like the total for the refund was: $27.99 USD, however, $9.99 USD was taken out for the return label fee resulting in the refund final total to be $18.00 USD.The shipping cost of $8.99 USD was also not refunded which is why it wasn't $36.98. I got HALF of what I paid. Buyer Beware!

They falsely advertise apparel all the time especially with codes that are supposed to give you a discount but they don't its a come on marketing scheme on their already over priced apparel...THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THE FANS...They only price gouge them!!!

Bought a hoodie from this shop, that’s claims to be “proudly Canadian.” Hoodie cost $115 on sale. Didn’t fit. To return, there’s no free shipping and the options are far easier if you’re in USA. Strange if your company is “proudly Canadian.” You have to print off an elaborate form, then pay to ship back yourself. They never did refund so I contacted them and had to provide evidence that I shipped it and it arrived.

I ordered a hoodie on January 16. It supposedly shipped on January 18, expected to arrive on January 27th, I then ordered a T-shirt the next day, the 17th, possibly the 18th. The T-Shirt arrived on 24th. Today is the 29th and my hoodie still hasn't arrived. Tracking information hasn't shown movement since it shipped. The Chat Bots told me to wait until the 31st to process a refund. I don't want a refund I want my hoodie. I didn't think getting my order would be a problem. I have shopped with them since 2015 and never had an issue.

ZERO stars!! This place is a joke and not a funny one. I ordered a Witt Jr jersey for my grandsons Christmas present on Dec 12th, they have not shipped it, and now they’re telling me (after I contacted them) that it is severely delayed, that it is out of stock. It was NOT out of stock when I ordered it. Do NOT waste your time or money on this so called site! I’m now going to do a charge back against them!

Order today and get it before Christmas. Total BS!They advertise if you order today 12/9/25, you will get it my Christmas. However, once your order is placed, the ship date is changed to be starting on Christmas eve December 22nd through December 30th! They knew it would not be delivered until sometime in January 2026 My card was charged on December the 9th. They denied my request to cancel the order, and the reply was that I have to wait till you get the item, then return it. False advertising all the way.

Ordered the same jersey five times, and repeatedly received the wrong size. This is through both MLB Shop and Fanatics directly, with no success. The worst!

Bought an item for a birthday gift, the recipient did not like it. It was opened about 45 days after purchase, MLB Shop would not permit a return and refund. Permitting only a very short time for return was not advertised at time of purchase, virtually impossible to contact to argue. Terrible, will never buy from this site again.

They advertise if you order today 12/7, you will get it my Christmas. However, once your order is placed, the delivery date is changed till January 8th? One month later. They don’t let you cancel the order, you have to wait till you get the item, then return it. False advertising all the way.
