Great company and service
My name is alias but I’ve used this meal service, and I have to say it’s been a great experience. The process of selecting meals is simple and user-friendly, and I really appreciate the flexibility to pause deliveries whenever needed. The meals have shown me that eating healthy doesn’t mean sacrificing flavor they’re genuinely delicious. On top of that, the customer service team has been incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Overall, this company clearly cares about its customers, and it shows in both their service and product. Highly recommend!

I missed a connection between the…
I missed a connection between the company this past week to pick my own menu. It was sent automatically. I'd rather find a better means of connection. Also need to pause a week because too many meals are arriving.

Needs clarification
Confusion about cancellation of a specific meal and substituting another. I had to call customer service to learn it has to be done on my computer and not my mobile phone.
