Thank you Leah and team for helping me win big brownie points!
The online planner is so easy to use but the service from Leah is what sold me over using anyone else. She was able to help me max out the use of a small-ish walk in closet. Once I ordered, the shipping was so fast. Everything was easy to assemble and install and the quality is really good. I did demo of the closet one day, assembled the items the next and was able to install them in less than half a day...on my own. My wife is so happy with having proper storage space.

Very well made and easy to assemble
Very well made and easy to assemble. The instructions were easy to follow. Showed the units and they were impressed. The price was well worth what l paid for. I worked as a Measure Technician for a major chain and the closet system probably would have been $6000 more.

Excellent design process and customer service; some minor issues with product.
The design and pre-sales process were excellent and a couple of problems that I encountered with the product were taken care of after the sale as well. With that said I will have to only give 4 stars as the quality of the boards were not great with dozens of small chipouts I had to cover via paint marker. Furthermore providing white rafix and wedgefix connectors to pair with a dark gray finish looks horrible; even with the black stickers I had to darken the edges with a marker. It would be so much better to just make those in black! Ditto with the silver cabinet screws provided; I had to buy black ones from Lowes to blend in better. Even with those minor issues, I would definitely order a closet system from them again.

Modular closets - fabulous product & company!
Modular closets is very easy to work with and the product is very high quality. Design staff is helpful and allowed us the time to learn and make adjustments to our design. They are PATIENT! We asked to hold our shipment for a later delivery - no problem, when the time came out shipped as promised and arrived when expected. We choose 22" deep and instructions received were for the 14" shelves -a quick call and they were emailed immediately. Instructions are very clear, installation easy, everything went together smoothly! I highly recommend having 2 people for ease of install. Slide out drawers are not 22" deep, I hope they will eventually offer that. GREAT QUALITY!! Our pantry has now been installed about 2 months and we love it.
