My pump was stolen
I recently had my Momcozy V1 Pro hospital-grade, hands-free breast pump stolen from my car and thought to email momcozy team and share with them the unfortunate event. They were super time efficient, supportive and kind. They sent me a replacement which arrived within 2-3 days which was amazing since I exclusively pump. They definitely didn’t have to do any of this so for that I’m super grateful and happy for this asking company and their Cutomer service!!!!,I had the double stroller and bag bottle cleaning kit that I bring everywhereeeeee I goo . I cannot live without it . So I thought I should try their pumps since I needed a new one, I randomly went with their hospital grade V1 at the time and I love how quite it is compared to this other pump I had receive from my insurance which was super loud and the suction was so strong that it hurt every time I pumped. So when I tried the V1 it exceeded every single expectation I had. With my first I nursed my son for 3 years so I’m new to this pumping process. I love how the suction is strong but it’s so gentle , sometimes I even forget that I’m pumping. Ooohhh and there isn’t a lot of parts so it makes washing it so easy !!

10/10 would highly recommend Momcozy.
The team at Momcozy was great start to finish. I ordered the incorrect size maternity belt/band and within days Momcozy had sorted it all out and my wife was incredibly happy. She’s continuously commenting on how the band is giving her amazing support and how comfortable it is. The experience has been great all around.

The most annoying return policy and customer service
These guys have the worst return policy. Instead of issuing a return label because I’m unhappy with the item I bought, they keep sending me emails with his to improve this item, how to charge it and requesting videos. I think it’s nonsense and should be clearly stated on their website. Never never I will buy from them again.

I wish I could give them less than a star. Terrible customer service. I reached out from an order I placed online about how the dual baby monitor camera is not doing well. I listed a few of the issues I’ve been having with it. I emailed it to customer support and they told me to reach out to TikTok customer support? And then quit replying to my emails. I even asked why I would need to go through TikTok. Again I DID purchase online but didn’t via TikTok. And even if I did, what’s the point of having support contact email if you won’t use it? Or provide context (which I still don’t have) hey your order number is flagged for third party seller so X company has to handle their customer service on this order. But zero context. Just hey! Thanks for the email reach out to TikTok customer support?? Frustrating service. TERRIBLE product. If it’s your name and brand, you should care regardless of which site it’s purchased from. Monitors are not cheap. And their monitors are absolutely not worth your money. My own experience with both their service and product. If others have more positive ones then that’s good! But this is mine.

Company has great quality of products…
Company has great quality of products and excellent customer service. I had M5 wereable breast pump from them, a breastfeeding pillow and a waist belt for carrying a baby.I love all of them!Unfortunately at some point my breast pump broke down as I was struggling with an overflow which caused the damage. Customer service was easy to reach. They quickly responded to my issue and provided me with product replacement. Now I'm much more careful when using it but I'm very happy with a product. Currently I'm using M5 smart version which is very simillar to regular M5 but can be app controlled. It's silent, washes easily, pumps gently and efficently. I can highly recommend this company and their products.

I’m absolutely happy with the hands-free breast pump from Momcozy and would buy it again anytime! 😊One small part broke, and I contacted customer service. I received a reply very quickly, the communication was friendly and straightforward — and best of all, they replaced the part without any hassle. 🙌What I especially appreciated was that the support team noticed I had a new email address. They first confirmed my old address before proceeding. To me, that shows a very attentive and authentic customer service. 👍Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the products and the service. Clear recommendation! 🌟

Love the Momcozy Bottle Washer!
We bought a Momvcozy bottle washer and sterilizer and it has been a huge time saver for us. The first few months we had so many things to do and learn as new parents with our first child. The bottle washer and sterilizer really saved us a lot of time (10+ minutes multiple times a day, which may not seem like much but in the thick of things it's a lot) instead of manually washing and sterilizing bottles, pacifiers, really anything the baby used. It's an amazing product, it's the main thing I recommend to new parents to get some much needed time back.
