Amazing returns policy and customer…
Amazing returns policy and customer support however I had some silver huggie earrings that went really tarnished and not possible to polish them back to normal. I've never had that before and have so much silver jewellery which never does that. I did get a replacement, but do not really trust their metals now. Uber expensive so don't order too much.

Great assistance from team member Harley I had an issue dealing with the bot but she swiftly took over and resolved my issue with such dedication... I don't think ive ever had such good customer service before and Monica Vinader is a brand I'll always buy for that very reason thank you Monica team

Great customer service received on 31/03/26 @ 15.31 hrs. I explained my issue and was emailed immediately instructions on returns ( the robot wasn’t helpful and I never received an answer!)
