Declared price and category of goods was wrong
Charged the wrong customs duty and the wrong import VAT because they not only got the categorisation of my motorcycle boots wrong for UK tax but they also declared the price of them before they removed German tax, so I got double dipped in tax, £87.78 on boots that cost 201,64 Euros (£174.31). Now I have to fill out forms and send it off in order to sort their mess out.To add, the boots arrived, I was trying them on and the buckle snapped clean off.. I am not in a good mood.

Was charged £105 custom charges for a pair of boots !.. doesn’t say anything about these charges when ordering tried contacting waste of time only get to talk to automated robot nobody answers any emails waste of time trying to contact them customer service terrible.. £260 boots cost me £365!!

I am very dissapointed with this shop.
I am very dissapointed with this shop.I ordered just gift card for my man ,send by email with 1-3 bussines days.Its 1 week i did not recieved nothing.They dont respond on any emails.Support is low down .I want my money back rather then this but i guess they are not worthy to do it .This is not good shop to order anything .I payed 125€ .Edit:They sent me cards today with apology .But i hope that shopping will be smother Thank you motoin.de

I was trying to refund an item i ordered and purchased their "return lable" and they claim they will send said return label via email after 1 day. Its been a week and no return label to bee seen. Also sending messages to teir email just gives back an automated response with no valuable help. Update:i did get the return lable 1 week later. shipped items back got full refund of item all in all it took 4 weeks to get my item refunded. biggest problem is no human support just automated messages

I’ll be honest
I’ll be honest — after reading a bunch of scary reviews about Motoin.de, I was half-expecting my order to arrive by carrier pigeon… or not at all. But I thought, “Why not? Let’s live dangerously.” 😄So I ordered a jacket, pants, and boots — basically the full “ready to ride into the sunset” package. Of course, before clicking “buy,” I immediately started questioning my life choices (and my sizes). I emailed customer support with a few questions, fully prepared to wait… and boom — they replied in about 15 minutes. I’ve had pizzas take longer to respond.I placed the order, and Motoin.de shipped everything out quickly. The estimated DHL delivery was 2–4 days, but it ended up taking 7. Honestly, that’s on the shipping gods, not Motoin.de. Once it left their hands, it was at the mercy of the logistics universe.All in all, smooth experience, fast support, quick dispatch — and no carrier pigeons involved. Would definitely order again! 🏍️

Bought a jacket from motoin.de
Bought a jacket from motoin.de. On their site it said it was available. A few days later I get a mail with the information that the product is discountinued. But the product is still available on their website. I also got the information I can "take another jacket". I, of course, say no.Obviously, they keep the product on their site for SEO purposes and when someone buys it - tells them get another product. Very bad and misleading behaviour to their customers.

Terrible communication.
Purchased riding boots but was sent the wrong style and size. Communication was terrible, and they were dishonest with me about how the situation would be resolved. Ended up refunding me, less the cost of freight rather than sending me the correct boots. Lots of lip service about doing better in their responses to reviews, but actions speak louder than words.

Fast shipping and good price
I was skeptical ordering from motoin after i ve read a lot of bad review but i said f it i ll give it a try. I ve ordered a pair of dainese axial and a pair of dainese carbon 4 long. Placed the order friday and tuesday arrived in Romania. I highly recommend them, absolutly no issues. They also replied to my email about the stock availability. Big thanks for the items and gift!

I bought 2 helmets from Motoin
I bought 2 helmets from Motoin. They arrived in Hungary in 3 days. I returned 1 helmet because it was not the right size. The purchase price was refunded 2 days after the return. It was a fair, fast transaction. I can only recommend the company. They deserve 5 stars!
