Very helpful

Very helpful, called to get a status on a back ordered part and instead of waiting for that part he said he had another one in stock the only difference was the brand. Very helpful and hope to deal with him again in the future.

Incorrect Shipping, No Support, Double Charged

I updated both my billing and shipping address before placing my order, but somehow the item still defaulted to an old shipping address. There was no clear indication of this until after the purchase was submitted.I contacted the seller within 30 seconds on a Saturday night to correct the mistake. They didn’t respond until Sunday morning, claiming the item had already shipped—which is highly questionable given the timing. Even if they use a third-party fulfillment service, there was still an opportunity to intervene or attempt to correct the address. Instead, no effort was made.After that, communication completely stopped. To make matters worse, my card was charged twice, leaving me to deal with my bank to dispute the duplicate charge.At this point, I likely won’t receive the item I paid for and now have to go through a lengthy claims process with eBay.The prices may look good, but if anything goes wrong, don’t expect any help or accountability from this seller. Buyer beware.Update: The last communication from the company just said, "go ahead file a claim, we will win". Seems they do this often, knowing the customer has no options and they'll get away with their scams. Reply to vendor: I have the screenshot from the chat with your company. Nothing was done to try and remedy the situation. Ordered Saturday night, reached out within minutes, received reply at 5am Sunday saying order shipped. Not possible but okay.... I have the tracking showing the package wasn't picked up from distribution center until Tuesday. There was time to help. Sweater was delivered and I'm sure whomever received it is enjoying a free sweater. Don't buy from this company because if you have an issue, nothing will be done to help, no changes to your order can ever be made.

One star

One star. Very disappointing experience. I placed an order with next day shipping, and instead of shipping it, MotoSport charged and re-authorized my card multiple times. In total, about $4,000 was frozen on my account due to four separate authorizations for the same order. Despite this, the order was never shipped.Their explanation was that they wanted to charge my card again, and when I questioned it, they refused to take responsibility and blamed my bank. This makes no sense, as I regularly place orders on many other websites with the same bank and card without any issues.Customer support was unhelpful and unwilling to admit that the problem was on their side. I paid extra for next day shipping and received nothing but frozen funds and wasted time. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I returned 2 tires about a month ago im still waiting on a payment .it says fast return 2/3 days seems like false advertisement.Instead of having one person work on it they had several gearheads Hayden , Tiffany , Billy not so much hunter but do to the nature I’ll be shopping elsewhere. Very pissed off don’t waste your time you’re better off buying anywhere else. 🤬🤬🤬🤬THEY DO NOT CARE very unprofessional!!

this company is a fraud

this company is a fraud. I order two shirts and they never arrived. I contact the company and they say they will send me a replacement order come to find out the shirt I order is no longer available. we come to a agreement on a different shirt that is in stock. they then say its not available in my size so I have to pick a different shirt out. we get in all sorted out. I then get emails that I was charged for the one shirt that wasn't in my size. I contact my card company and they say I was charged. I contact Motorsport and they say they never charged me and I will not receive the shirt I got charged for. I can not get a refund on my card and they have garbage service. I got treated very differently and was not given respect to take my money and never get my order.

You won’t get a refund ever

I never received my item and I have called at least 6 times. I have been shuffled from person to person, repeatedly lied to and have been fighting to get a refund for over a month. This company is the worst I have ever shopped at. They are in violation of multiple FTC laws. Stay far away from this place because you will lose money!
