Disappointed
The plants I received didn’t look anything like the pictures on the website. I’m so disappointed as they were a birthday gift for my daughter.

All good with the order
All good with the order. They just need to make sure that at the time of shipment the plants and substrate are not wet to prevent rot.Although the pachyphytum I bought arrived with many fallen leaves and rotted, the plant itself arrived quite well. The other plants arrived in perfect condition.Thank you

Plants are great .packaging or post office delivery not so great. Serious loss of soil in all pots except the one wrapped in its own paper cone. After unpacking and trying to capture most, but not all of the lost soil from the box bottom, replanting, watering, my plants looked ok. But, it was a mess.
