Great product, great customer service

I ordered a clarity case for my S26 ultra, the case arrived with a fault on it. I sent a message to customer service and within a day, I had a replacement case on my doorstep. I cannot recommend enough. Not only are the cases the best, the customer service was exceptional. Im very happy. Thank you Mous!

We ordered a phone holder that also charged the phone £54.99!!Paid an absolute fortune for this and the bit you twist on the back so it holds the phone upright isn’t designed properly As soon as you put the phone onto it in just droops down!!Honestly shocking product

Mous and state of design on limitless case products

The Galaxy s26 limitless case with walnut backing does not have a thick enough "well" to protect the rear cameras; and the included bump does not completely encircle them either. In fact if you choose to install camera protectors they will almost certainly stick out past the case. Looking at a Mous case from years prior on the Galaxy s10 they provided a 2mm deep camera well even with a camera protector. This provided ample depth to cover against practically any surface drop as well as very good abrasion protection; keeping things away from the cameras (pocket liners and debris within). The reality of it is when phone manufacturers design their devices with larger camera bumps to accommodate powerful cameras, Mous needs to design their cases to stay true to their protective and stylish beginnings; not just stylish.

faulty camera button intralock case for a iPhone…

I bought an intralock case for a iPhone 17 pro max November 25. Case is very good. last week the camera button stopped working. would no longer take pictures and could not zoom in/out. I contacted customer services and explain the problem I had and upload a video of me pressing the button showing that it did not work. I had a few problems uploading a video but eventually it was sorted out by their customer services for me. They sent me out a new button to replace the old one, so I didn't have to send my case off to be fixed. The overall experience was extremely simple. Customer services were very helpful all through the process so only took a few days before I had a new button and installed on my phone and throughout the whole thing they kept in contact with me to let me know every stage my warranty claim was going through overall the experience was simple and quick. What more could you ask for?

I had an unsuccessful delivery of my luggage and I reached out to seek an assistance, it did not take long for the customer service to respond back on my email. Kim has been superb on sorting out the dilemma quickly to replace and send back the luggage.I believe on the company's marvellous product standards and vision and I hope they could have a larger luggage in which I am already looking forward to purchasing.Keep up the great work from products until the company's staff👌

Excellent customer support service

MOUS customer support team were very helpful & responsive. A solution was offered straight away, & my concerns regarding the lost / delayed shipment was sorted & a replacement was dispatched the very next day.
