Razors are adequate

Razors are adequate. I have canceled my subscription three times yet I still keep getting billed and receiving product! Customer service sucks!

Absolute worst razor I’ve ever used

Absolute worst razor I’ve ever used. So bad I have to wonder if it was product tested?? No sane person could think this was fit for sale.

Do not buy

I’ve tried this twice now as I really wanted to like it. The stickiness on the razor blade doesn’t last and sticks to everything, it’s so bad that it actually impedes the way it functions. I also find the little blade top is always falling off, would not recommend.

I've used Billie razors for years now…

I've used Billie razors for years now and the quality of the razors has been getting noticeably worse. They get dull much faster, and the aloe moisturizer (above and around the blades) gets all over the blades, making it harder to use. It is also frustrating that they don't send courtesy/reminder emails prior to them charging your card for your next shipment. I'm aware that not all subscription companies send reminder emails, but many of them do so that you can update your shipping address, change the shipment date, add items, or just skip the shipment completely. This is especially frustrating since you can't do a one-time purchase through their site, they only operate on a subscription model.

Silly Billie

Upon purchase the razor worked amazingly!! I thought OMG where has this been all my life? Second shave I only did armpits and it was good. Third use, absolutely useless. Hair left everywhere despite going over the area multiple times. Frustrated, I grabbed my trusty Venus razor to finish the job Sillie Billie couldn’t master!

Billie is OKAY

Billie is OKAY. I find that my orders take forever to arrive (shipped october 4th, told it would arrive by October 18th with absolutely no tracking available. Their website says "No tracking, but rest assured they're on their way." What company in 2025 doesn't have tracking available for you to view?! This makes no sense. I like having eyes on my tracking to ENSURE that its on its way - not trusting that it will just arrive (Porch Pirates, Delivery drives not caring etc, etc.) the product itself is okay - I got the pink sparkle handle and its already turned tinge-yellow.

They have the worst customer service…

They have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I started using these blades in 2021 and so did my (2) daughters. We were spending over $50 a month between the (3) of us and some months more. I ordered the dermaplaning kit and it was awful. They don’t work at all. I immediately took them off of my subscription and threw them away. My monthly subscription kept coming and charging me over and over for the dermaplaning blades. I called and emailed saying they had done it for (3) months after I cancelled those from the subscription. When I called they said “well we can’t see anything on our end. You can send us copies of your credit card statement showing we charged you for them. What???? It was a total of (3) months which was about $30. I said so your saying that I have to go jumping through hoops gathering all this info over $30 credit to my acct because they couldn’t find it? She said well if I want my money back that’s what I have to do. I told her oh no you keep the $30 you stole from me. Their business sense is as bad as their customer service. I had been a customer (plus two daughters) for over (4) years at that point. So I said okay cancel my acct and I’m done. I changed to Flamingo which is SOO much better of a product and incredible customer service. We are so happy using Flamingo so it was a blessing in disguise! If you are looking for a company that makes amazing razor blades, awesome shaving products, great customer service that appreciates their customers FLAMINGO is the company you want! So happy with flamingo and would never go back to their marginal razor blades and horrible customer service. That’s for sure. Hope this helps you make an educated decision without wasting your money on a company like Billie blades!

I bought this brand thinking I was…

I bought this brand thinking I was getting a better razor. I was planning to start a subscription if I liked them. After 2 or 3 time using it I noticed the blad kept getting duller. I actually never received a close shave from the time I bought it. I've only had it for 2 weeks. I've already replaced the blades. I figured for a better razor I would pay a little more. I now see them on clea racks. Do not recommend for the money!
